Customer Service was Very Poor. Lucky I found the item I wanted. I got it. The staff at the checkout were friendly. But their was an old Indian Salesman. Who was not helpful at all he was more interested in serving the attractive young lady. Even when I asked him for help first. I think Customer Service Should be Upgraded A. S. A. P!

Due to lockdown we had no idea if we were having a wedding this year. I have ordered invitations for click and collect thinking it will be quick and easy. Nope. Week 2 and still waiting for them to print it out. Went to the store. Been calling head office and store and no one is picking up. Great job guys!

Came in twice today, first time was to buy 5 liquid chalks. Came back 3 hours later to exchange the 3 which were faulty and weren’t working properly. The lady at the front the second time was extremely rude. Older lady brunette, aged 40-45. The first time I came in had no problem, this lady forced me to buy a mask for $2.95. When I was only there to exchange 3 colours of liquid chalk. She ended up giving me another mask for free which I only ended up using it for 1 minute as I exchanged the liquid chalk. I understand the circumstances of COVID, however this lady’s customer service made my second experience worse. She was very unfriendly, demanding and inconsiderate. I thank the other 2 staff ladies at reception for helping me make the pens work.

Ordered a laptop for work. They cancelled my click and collect order incorrectly because they are incompetent, no contact from a customer service rep. Funds had already been taken from my bank account. Now I have to wait a week or more to wait for the funds back before I can purchase elsewhere. Buy your electronics elsewhere and save yourself the headaches. Do not shop here.

I have done two click and collects in the last 2 and half weeks, the first time I purchased a laminator it lasted about 10 tens I tried to return the next day and told me I had to do online after 2 and half weeks I am still awaiting a return email Reference No. LYBC72XDQK, no reply, also I just purchased A5 paper which my wife picked up and they gave her a A4 and I rang the store and told me to return online this is a joke, I than tried to place an order with A5 paper no stock, the reason you gave us A4 is because you have no A5 this store is a joke go to another store.

Click and collect order within an hour. Staff were more than helpful when I called to ask for pickup before Tuesday (as quoted in order confirmation email). On arrival, check in and order handed to me in 5mins. Brilliant!

Staff member Daniel at The Old Guildford Store was exceptional, very professional and knowledgeable,

We had the best customer service experience from him and found him to be very helpful and patient,

A bearded pakistani fellow in his 20s, helped me around, but forced me to pay extra for some options which i clearly didnt need, luckily my younger son was able to see through his tricks and convince me other wise.

I am rarely a person that rates anything negatively.

All logic was abandoned at this store today.

Not only does this store stock low range product compared with other stores but it also has management in charge that appear to lack logic or understanding of the bigger picture:

I have purchased now 7 keyboards with USBs and you dont offer a Keyboard and Mouse range with Blutooth. I often burn my ports or lose my USBS. Thats for 1.

Secondly, after mindfully setting up a 30 day business account which I was told I could use immediately (even though card is on way). I presented myself with my Business account number and ID and this was not to the manager's satisfaction. Yes MY NSW Drivers License which is a generally accepted form of identification was not good enough.

Please send your management on a Customer Journey should be a Criminal INvestigation course.

Had to wait for over an hour to use the copier and printer due to a small queue, everyone takes at least 15 mins. This Officeworks Should get a few more machines, 2 are not enough. Get rid of the 6 photo printers that no one is hardly ever on, and use that space

Came in to print on my own paper as I have multiple times before at this store and many others. Unfortunately, I was turned down this time since I didn't have branded paper. There should be some consistency put in place across all store as it is a complete waste of time coming to this store then to another Officeworks (where they happily printed it, no questions asked)!

Poor customer service. The asian guy at the print section gave me attitude when serving me. He gave me only 2 photos instead of 4. He didn't email me the soft copy saying machine is broken. He charged me handling fee for scanning few documents. The manager doesn't bother helping customers. Overall pathetic store. Total rip off. Avoid em if you can.

I only go to this store for my printing and scanning needs. The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and talented, and often provide me with options to help meet my needs. It's great! The staff are also very kind and really want to help their customers, just as they do with me! Oh and also, just the other day, I walked in and I was greeted with a friendly and warm face with an inviting smile. Love the customer service and staff culture there. Incredible. Also, the products are top quality and the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. Dealt with an older lady there about getting it a photo reduced in size. After waiting in line I was sent away to the self service machines to do it myself. Not knowing how to use the self service machines I again spoke to the lady for help to which her response was you guys are all the same you don’t listen to instructions. She continued with her rude remarks and was quite unhelpful. I then had to wait 20 minutes for one photo to be printed off. I realised that it had been printed off and it was just sitting on the printer. I won’t he coming here again.

I called up a few days ago in regards to an online order I had made. I knew it was an issue for customer service not a direct store but I was hoping for some information.

The young man on the phone was caring and considerate. He made sure he found out the correct information to direct me. Great customer service!

The staff is very unprofessional don't have any skill on how to deal with customer, they are not polite as I had an issue with my device rather than sorting the issue out they were just bring random excuse on not helping us out.
The store manager is very very very unprofessional, they don't have any skill to how go deal with customers, rather than helping us they wasted our time. The store manager says she is following the company rules and things but according to fair trading act 1987 they store was not complying with any.
The manager basically bring down excuses to not to help in a professional manner.she says she is running a business but I didn't see any quality in her which I could say that she was running a business.
I would only say this particular branch has shown the worst customer service as being super super rude and unprofessional and at a stage also being loud on us as according to the fair trading and customer service you can't be loud towards customer. As if you running a store you have to listen to all customer complaints regardless on who ever u are.
I would say and recommend all please avoid going to this store especially in future if your product get any issue they will not help u at all like literary not even help u for 1% they don't show the profession skills of being a service providers to the community.
