51By far the worst OW I have visited. Nobody can move or show you where something is, and they cant either point u to it.
Doesn't have full range of stock given its not warehouse sized like other office works, but handy to have I'm the area
Unfortunately the product selection of this officeworks isn’t that great, it is a very small store.
Store is filled with everything I need for work and the kids school.
It is not to busy and has a great range of goodies. The staff are not the nicest but the prices are very competitive.
Was having a really bad day (which would have been obvious for anyone to see from my red face) and came into Officeworks asking for something to be printed, and the lady at the counter was EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly. Terrible customer service. Made my day even worse than it already was. If you’re unable to print something, that’s fine, but it doesn’t mean you have to be rude, dismissive and downright mean. Very disappointed, Officeworks.
Had an urgent same day delivery and all the items were included as ordered, no issues.
Store size can be a bit of a downer though
so as the printing service which usually takes a while if you're looking to get something printed.
The photo printer was broken.but the staff didn't put up any notice saying so at the photo printing station, so this resulted in people wasting their time submitting/editing photos to print.only to find out later.the printer wasn't working.basic customer service missing at the store.: (
Fantastic experience with their online order system today. Had an urgent same day delivery needed and it was ordered, dispatched and delivered well ahead of schedule. All the items were included as ordered, no issues. Superb experience. Thank you
Staff take a long time to serve even when quiet. But when it's busy expect to wait 10-15 minutes to get a few pages bound
Rated one star because the store is conveniently located and opening hours are accommodating. Recommend travelling the distance to Chatswood and City store purely for customer service and care factor. No desk attendance, long wait to be served when there were only about 5 other customers in the store, staff members lacked customer service and struggled to explain warranties and product information. Waste of time.
Absolutely horrible experience. 30 people waiting to be served with one register open. Lady getting served was trying to get a refund for something. Management came but had no idea how to handle it so now there’s 2 people attending one customer trying to get a refund onto a credit card then pay for remaining items with a dodgy Officeworks gift card. At least 10 people plus me dropped our goods and walked out. Pathetic. Never will go back again. Have fun spending your lunch break in a queue.
