Not sure why its poorly rated. Happy with the choices, staff is always helpful, its just ineffective to have to bring a usb stick if u want to print stuff, rather than printing things directly from ur phone. Color prints are pricey btw.

Fantastic service and also incredibly fast. I uploaded some documents to be printed and bounded, which had an SLA of 2 business days. In SEVEN minutes I got an email saying they were ready, and they were really ready.
I don’t think I wanna would be able to get them printed and bounded so fast even if I had the equipments at home.

When I went to collect them, it was again easy and quick, also friendly staff there. I am satisfied and I do not have anything to report.

This shop has shrunk and carrys only bare essentials, in an office suburb. Every time I come here I stand waiting for service for over 10 minutes. And if you want to print, go somewhere else. Or you'll waste life standing in that queue too. If you see customers waiting, get the hell off the phone and serve them

Went in to buy a laptop today. All staff were at the front desk and no one approached me as I entered or browsed in the laptop section.

After my request someone came to help me buy a laptop. They didn’t ask why I was buying it or give me any insight to the best models were just interested in getting the sale. I decided to leave it and purchase myself online.

Don’t want to be negative during these tough times but for me a laptop is a significant purchase and I would appreciate some attention and customer service to assist me in this decision.

Fantastic services, friendly and very helpful. My wife went to get flyers done and the staff, Wilson was a great help. I highly recommended this shop outlet because of its services.

Website states that they accept electronic waste and we carried in our old monitor only to be told that they don't accept it. Just wondering if sustainability and recycling is just a PR show on their website.

Very poor service. I was served by an Asian lady today who was not at all friendly. When I asked for a bag, paid for of course, she seemed annoyed. She then insisted that I pay by card although the store accepts cash. It's so sad to see someone like this working for Officeworks. Those people will damage the store's reputation and eventually drive customers away.

Called to check if they had some headphone in stock.a voice message states they have turned off their phone line and to come in store. About as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit.

I was looking for airpods pro. Apple, jb hifi no stock but officeworks have in stock at the moment. There are many boxes. Same price.
If you really in hurry to buy it, I recommend this.
But Be sure to remember that engraving is not available in Officeworks.

Store is I'll equiped and does not do e-waste recycling as stated on the Officeworks store directory (on their website)

TERRRIBLE customer service! I was attended by an elderly lady that did not know how to print two png files A4 in black and white. It took her forever to print just one copy. By the time she found out how to print one copy it was already 18.50h. I asked if she could print more copies as I really needed them by tomorrow for work. She answered very rude that it was already too late and that it was closing time, she asked me to come next time earlier. In the website says they close at 19h, not 18.50h. She was very rude, I think she got frustrated because she didn't know how to print such a simple png file. It was not my fault that it took her forever to print one copy and she should have printed more copies as it was her fault, besides it would have been just 3 minutes more.
I should have read the very bad reviews before heading there.

Just had a very unsatisfactory experience with front reception staff member who tried to tell me that I should print the first 2 pages of a 31 page document first, as a trial to check the document is going to print correctly, even though the document on “preview” was showing as set to print correctly ie.double-sided flipping on the long side, but twice actually printing flipped on the the short side! Because I had not done a “trial” it was my fault for operating the machine erroneously. No help given despite repeated requests. Decided I would call it quits as this staff member was clearly not wanting to help. Background is I have been a long-time customer of officeworks and their self-service offering and previously been able to print many long (eg. 80 page documents) correctly. I realise it is not this person’s fault, as they were clearly understaffed. The problem lies with the staffing manager. The instructions on the machine saying to seek help from a staff member are meaningless.

A decent store. If you are accustomed to visiting big Officeworks stores in suburbs then the size of this store may make you feel disappointed. This is one of their small stores but is conveniently located.

Chaos. 15 people standing around waiting to be served and there only seems to be one employee running the whole place.

The manager was very helpful when I was having difficulty with the scanning machine. He wasn't rigid but flexible in his style which I really appreciated and made a potentially negative experience positive. I left a happy customer.

Absolutely amazing service i have gone there several times and every time i get great service and although the wait is sometimes quite long the staff is friendly and kind in general! Highly recommend going there!

20: 30 today, i was refused to be taken ID photos, when the shop closes at 21h.
With a vague answer from the old woman "come back whenever it's not so late".
A pity, the rest of the service was OK.
