If I could rate this store a 0 I would!

If you could sum up this specific store in 3 words it would be SLOW, STUPID and BRAIN-DEAD.

No one ever picks up the phone and I've been stung enough times driving there to check stock myself only to find items are unavailable.

Staff are all lethargic and lack any motivation.

Time to find a better store manager who can rally an active team.

They never answer their phones. Lines are constantly building up. Very short staffed everywhere in the store. No one really cares about anything. They act as if they are being held against their will working there.

Not recommended for passport size photos.

Staff is not familiar with clicking photos with specifications.

They rip-off for passport size photos. Do not provide 4 passport size photos as advertised on website.

Doesn't answer their phone. Print staff couldn't have sounded more disinterested when I visited in person and didn't sound like they wanted to help, took my business elsewhere.

Please avoid this office works at all costs I went in to buy a box for posting and waited at the counter for about 3 minutes for the girl to finish her conversation with her coworker. She could have at least finished serving me while talking.

Never answer calls Just declines whats the point of having a phone when you can't answer it. If the answer is because it's busy THATS NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS PROBLEM you only have one person working at the front when there's room for 3

I've waited over 45 minutes for print & copy queue there was 4 customers in front of me. One of the slowest service gledswood hills Officeworks provides. Will not shop again at gledswood hills.

Staff to busy talking amongst themselves, they need training on customer service.they should be helping customers not gas bagging like school girls.

This store is an absolute joke. The staff at the front counter (tall young guy been the exception) are so rude and absolutely incompetent. Each time I have visited this store I’ve had to wait min 15 minutes just to print on 2 pieces of paper that they stuff up anyway and tell me that there’s nothing they can do. The short Indian lady always looks like she can’t be bothered been there, doesn’t know how to print for the life of her and is just rude and disconnected. I will never go back to this store. I’d rather travel 10kms away before I ever go back there. Office work needs to look into who they employ as these types of people are just bad for their business

Slow working staff that seem to avoid serving customers. Today was the 3rd time I've left this store dissatisfied, I will in future drive a little further to the Campbelltown Officeworks where they have great customer service staff.

This place needs either more employees, or workers more flexibly moving to wherever lots of customers waiting.
5 workers but only one was serving the long queue where I was.

Came to this store to buy a new office chair. Picked the one I wanted, then went to take the box, realized I needed a trolley so asked an employee where the trolleys were and was told they were at the front of the store. No trolleys. Went back to the employee and told them that there were no trolleys. The response was just "oh sorry" nothing more offered. No assistance whatsoever, even when I reached the counter.
You need to teach your employees to solve problems not just throw their hands up in defeat of a scenario.

The store is fine. Waiting times could vary. Staff at the check out counter are not friendly at all. Very rude service. Looks like they don't really like the job they do!

Amazing clean and always stocked store, but ridiculous wait times, theres always two staff members in the front counter one for printing and one for the register and that does not change regardless of how many customers are in line. Furthermore the click and collect takes a while due to them having to call someone having to go into the back to look for the item rather then it being under the counter ready.

Order a tape that was out of stock. I had to prepay. The girl at the counter couldn’t tell me what it was made from. My hearing aids made her uncomfortable, she kept looking at them. When I got it, it was damaged and dirty. Didn’t have time to return it and didn’t want to be stared at again.

The worst service I have ever received in my life. Girl called Ash, she is very rude and unprofessional.she is very unhelpful.

Great shop - prices for most things are competitive now. Only reason removed 1 star is sometimes I have to wait over 10 mins in the checkout line even when there is only 1 - 2 people in front. I think this shop is low staffed and uneducated. But when you know what your after, its a breeze.

We were the only customer in the line, 2 of the staffs just chatting over the counter. Also chatting with another staff at the entrance over their 2-way radio. Had to approach them to get service. Poor and slow customer service.
