Officeworks Campbelltown

Never had an issue here til now.went the other day and had the weirdest experience. Felt so uncomfortable from a male staff that I had to leave. Not sure if he thought I was trying to steal? Not sure if just a creep.either way I don’t think I’ll be back in a hurry

Always absolutely amazing customer service from Shayla, she's helped me a lot in the past with printing my uni work and also printing advertising posters and signage for my job. She is always so friendly, tonight she even stayed back late to make a banner for me and even went to the effort of resizing and altering it, it turned out perfect! Thank you:)

I used to love this officeworks. I go there for hefty printing jobs and buy phone cables there.
Was recommended to check out their paintbrushes so we went in tonight to check it out.
We went in and were there for maybe ten minutes looking and feeling the different brushes and my partner noticed a staff member standing at the end of the isle who made eye contact with her. She thought he may be there to look at someone else in the isle; she looked up the isle and saw another woman, looked back to the staff member and he was still staring directly at her. Apparently it was another two minutes of this before I then noticed him staring at us too. I waited about twenty seconds and looked back and made eye contact with him. By this stage it was clear he was watching us for some time.

We lost any interest in buying anything by this stage and exited the now empty isle the other way away from him and walked back to the front of the store. He continued to follow us from the other side of the isle and kept eye contact with us. I stopped at the exit and asked the gentleman there what time they close (maybe they're rushing me out), wasn't for another hour. I asked for his name and left.

10 minutes later I called and asked for the manager. I retold the tale and the manager told me that we were caught in the crossfire as the other lady in the isle stole something and they've called the police.
When we left the isle it was empty and he was watching us still, when we walked to the exit we maintained eye contact through the passing isles. If we were being watched as suspected thieves I'd rather just be told than lied to by the manager, and that's how I feel in this situation. I feel the manager lied to us to cover for his employee and now I don't want to shop there anymore. What an absolute shame. I loved that store

Female worker by the name of Neha, does her job extremely well. You'll know who it is, because she looks like a dumpling or Boo from Monsters Inc:)

I have been here on a previous occasion and it was fine. I came again last Friday for some school supplies and although it was a convenient shop, the man overcharged us $1. Still a good office works to visit.

5 star shop super star staff. Excellent service with a friendly smile. Prices are good to. Highly recommend

I visited this store recently, and was helped by a staff member called Kate. She was absolutely fantastic! She took the time, and put in a lot of effort to assist me in printing an important item I needed for a work presentation. Will 100% use her services again. Thank you Officeworks for employing her!

Bad experience! Like vultures to a sausage they bombarded me & followed me around until I was so incredibly uncomfortable I left the store. What did I do wrong?

This is a great space for Officeworks. It’s got good parking accessible entry and well spaced out I store.

I have had only good experiences here and only one poor experience which means out of the fifty or so times I’ve been here I had a bad experience about ordering a office desk.

It was a crappy experience which meant twice I got wrong information which had undesirable outcomes but.

Overall an awesome store in Campbelltown.

We had a very helpful lady today, she went out of her way for us. This made for a very stress free time at the scaner and photo machine. I wish I had looked at her name, Thank you very much.

Friendly staff, clean store, well presented, conveniently located, easy parking access, disabled access, pram access and only a few small steps if you are fit and strong. Store is well layed out. Great place for all your office, printing, photo needs.

Excellent service. We needed booklets printed off at very short notice and had a problem with the file. Staff in printing bent over backwards to help and get us over the line

Had heaps of trouble using scan but ow staff member Ken came to the rescue. Kens service was AAAA+ very happy customer thanks to him.

Bought a printer and unsure exactly what I wanted
Staff very helpful, they asked me what I was using this for eg: high quality- colour or mainly black large quantity prints etc and directed me to a couple that suit my needs

Staff are very friendly.cheap way to print photos. Just remember they close it early so they can go home in time!

Needed a router which a non tech savvy person could set up.
And low and behold.sold installed and working

Most stationery and computers needed by any business are on display with good friendly and helpful staffs.
