59Very slow service. Had to wait for more than 2 hours for one photo, which is just10mins job. At the end got wrong size photo. Very Disappointing.
Campbelltown Officeworks helped me with my Fundraiser without hesitation. Aside from that I have always had very good service at Campbelltown Officeworks.
Bare essentials and low customer service are some of the biggest problems this store faces
So after paying $12 for printing documents they refused to give me or even sell me a plastic sleeve for "environmental reasons" - it's raining heavily! Sir, you can buy a pack of 100! Apparently if you buy a whole pack the environment doesn't matter lol. Disgusting customer service and not for the first time at this particular store. Go somewhere else
I was unable to scan a document to the right requirements at home. The staff here were absolutely fantastic they done all the documents for me fast and professionally. The customer service from the two ladies whom helped me today was brilliant
Returned some faulty audio earbuds. No hesitation or hassle with a refund. They even had another store put a pair on hold for me in the colour I wanted as the replacements.
I've shopped at the Campbelltown store for years. Never had a problem, till there was this morning. An elderly staff member embarrassed me with her shouting and left me in tears. I just wanted help and was faced with very very poor customer service.
I am in marketing myself for over 15 years, and I can guarantee you, that poor people skills are not the face of a brand.
I have filed a complaint with very very professional staff on the 1300 numbers, who by the way were the ones who helped me in the end. I will continue hoarding the company till the issue is addressed.

Was told that they can't staple my printed documents because it uses their "resources. " Must be operating on a really tight budget
Been in the Campbelltown store a 100 times & Service has always been terrible. Left standing around while waiting for Service only for them to go to a different customer everytime. Especially the Older Staff members who walk passed you while your waiting in line, & go help someone behind you. They could all do with Customer Service Training
Liz at Campbelltown provided wonderful service and support. We purchased chairs from officeworks and had concerns due to seeing some faulty chairs at another officeworks store and she patiently unpacked and inspected each chair before loading into our car.
Needed a photo transferred onto canvas for a friend's birthday present. Gabbi and Bianca couldn't have been more helpful, explained the different types, layouts and borders to get the ideal canvas image for my needs Then ensured that it was ready for collection the day before I required it. Such lovely, happy, helpful staff members who deserve a big part in the back. Thanks ladies, my friend was overjoyed with the wonderful present.
Will definitely use this service again I the future
Seeing that the counter for printing was very busy, I used the self serve printing service to make it easier for the counter staff. However, after paying for my self serve print, I found that the colour accuracy of my print was very bad and could not be fixed on the computers. As a result, I went to wait in the counter service line. After waiting for more than 10 minutes be served, I found out that my USB needed to be “formatted” to their computers (a problem I’ve never encountered before). The staff did not assist me in any way to rectify this. I then needed to use the display computers to email my document to their printing service as I didn’t think I’d need the file on anywhere other than my USB. After more waiting in line, they were finally able to print but had queued my job behind a 90 page print so I needed to wait even more. All of this work just to print 2 A4 coloured pages. Very unsatisfied with the quality of service provided.
Went to get ONE page A4 printed and the girl with the name tag called Hayley was the worst person ever to talk to!
Marcus was such a great guy today. Went to buy an apple watch and asked him for help. He was absolutely knowledgeable, polite, honest, and happily answered a lot of questions i had. Giving 5 stars because of his genuine and refreshing customer skills which made shopping experience great.
Had a bit of a mix up with an apple watch order, they said it would be ready. When I arrived at the store they hadn’t even put it aside for collection. Then I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Said it takes 2 days max. Called up a week later the Campbelltown manager at office works had not even bothered to process it. Useless staff

Customer service lady has an anger management issues. Service with a smile is always best. Need some professional help there. Either they are underpaid/understaffed/overworked or May be the story is different. I might not go to this place again. I spent lots of money in one shopping but the customer service attitude really sucks at one point.
Asked one of the front person how do I use printer and Instructions wasn't clear. I was told to email and scan bar. However whole process was to get a card and top up. Then email and scan.

I know nothing about technology so I asked to speak to someone about computers/laptops. I was introduced to Marcus and I must say, his honesty, knowledge and genuine approach has been the greatest customer service I have ever had from my dealings with office works, ever. What an outstanding dude. Marcus, thank you for being real and explaining perfectly what my son and I needed to hear. Your tip top.
Useless staff, so unhelpful. Was severed by Alfonso at campbelltown today and he scanned all my exercises books as the same sizes and they aren't so I was overcharged. Just a pain to take it all back down and get a refund. The products are awesome but the staff don't care about anything and are super lazy.
