59When going the staff are nice and always helpful 4/5 BUT never call this place they won't answer the phone and you'll be on hold for 30 mins. I called today to ask for any RA tests and it took them nearly 40 mins to answer. The lady said she was on break and just answered but this is not the first time its happened. Please work on answering the phone 0/5

Great variety of stationary, office stuff, and back to school resources.
Poor customer service from some staff. Customers are often not aware of product details or purchase procedures that might seem obvious to staff, so staff need to be more patient and helpful.
So disappointed in the attitude of the woman (staff member) at the entrance to the store. She is there to check people have signed in and are following COVID procedures. She was abrupt, rolling her eyes at people and her tone of voice was sharp. I know lockdown is a stressful time for everyone but seriously put someone who has a bit of compassion and patience with customers at the door. If you are going to open your doors to customers don't be rude to them!
Matt is always so polite and helpful. On a number of occasions he has helped me and gone the extra mile for great customer service. Thanks Matt:)
Don’t bother coming here. The customer service didn’t even deserve 1 star. I paid for 3 photos to be printed and was told it would be 15 minutes so instead of leaving I waited in the store. After 20 minutes I approach the counter only to be served be someone else (larger lady with blonde hair) who rudely said 15 minutes. When I said I was told that 15 minutes ago she said, “well it’s gonna be 15. ” I’d like to add there were no customers in the printing department. If she can’t be bothered to provide a decent service perhaps she should work in the warehouse.

Appalling customer service! Eight people waiting in line for printing and copying service with only one staff minding the printers. Other staff just standing around pretending to be busy or on their phone. One girl at the check out with terrible attitude chewing gum and didn’t bother looking at people’s face telling them to go to the queue waiting for the printer girl. How is it customer service!? !
Terrible service. Called up to see if i could get a price match with a product from JB hifi. The lady on the phone asked for a product code. I was unable to find it on the JB hifi page, so i asked if she could look it up on her computer. She sighed and then said its not really her job to look it up. Absolute rubbish customer service. Called up hoxton park officeworks and the staff their looked it up straight away without me needing to ask. Need to look at what type of staff you have.
Such rude customer service and so incredibly slow at the print desk. Understandable there are paper jams etc but how hard is it to update waiting customers on their 1 piece of paper that they said would take 5 minutes which turns into 20? No apology and such rude/sarcastic mannerisms.
Disgusted by the poor customer service. Nobody cares to ask if you need any help. They just walk around pretending to busy.the Indian bloke i stopped to ask about a printer seemed to be in a rush and will make you feel like you’re wasting his time!
Definitely not going back.
Friendly and very helpful staff, had an issue with my phone and they returned it straight away with no interrogation.

Millions of empty boxes but nothing actually in stock. I don't know why I even bother coming here anymore!
I had a problem communicating with them from the phone but from the store itself the service is very nice and i was pleased.
It is the third time in few months that I come here and there are the same 2 out of 4 printing machines which are not working.
Not sure if you have staff designated to certain areas, but the important thing is, staff are able to focus.focus on having a great time with one another, usually so much fun that theyre able to completely ignore those.ummm.what do ya call it? Oh yeh! CUSTOMERS.
Been working I. T.for 15 years. Even longer in the hobby, I know what I want, I know what I should be paying, but every SINGLE TIME without fail.
Walk in, find the aisle the item WAS in last time, aaaaaaand as usual, ITEMS RE-ARRANGED. Is this to give the customer the false mirage of "new items"?
And what in the name of me, is the point in having items that literally do the exact same thing i.e. - powered hubs, IN DIFFERENT AISLES to one another? Its like you've just forgotten about half the stock and went "oooooh yeh, we should have put these in that other aisle.meh.here will do"
HOOOOOWEVER! I was very VERRRRRRYYYY surprised to see so few items without a price tag.
Usually, due to not a single staff member around (at this store anyway) - to help.

Head down to counter to ask for a price.

Went in and waited to have some service ask me if I needed some help, I had staff walk around me, I waited in line to ask for help and was told someone would be over in a minute, while I was waiting I could see 2 staff in an isle chatting then one proceed to check his phone, while at least 5 or 6 other staff seemed to be standing around the checkout, I had just finished work and wanted to get in and out, getting annoyed I walked back over and waited in line and the staff member asked if I was still waiting. I told her that the service in the store was a joke and how long I've been waiting and staff Just blatantly notice me but ignoring me, And I wasn't given an apology but an abrupt tone of I don't know about the product I have to send over someone else, anyway a guy came over moments after my rant (I rarely get angry in shops but I guess that's the only way to get service here) once there was helpful and I got the product.
Very poor customer service by Keylee, one of the managers! Very slow and doesnt listen to the customers. Try and avoid this store. In case if you visit just check.you will come across 6 to 10 reps in the store but no one will smile at you.you will feel -ve vibe.
Only took 40 minutes to print 2 pieces of paper. In all respect, if there is a fault in the system or some technical issue occurs. Work around it. Don't make your customers wait. Try implementing a training session for all the employee in the business so wasting others time doesn't happen in the future.
Most disgusting customer service front the girl at the print desk. Will NEVER return. Horton Park store is soo much more helpful.
