Currently looking at my broken furniture and fuming. We got them to put it into our new houses’ garage and have just been pulling out now (years later) and seeing where item are are broken.
They come with a fancy brochure (and price) stating that they are quality, and take extra care with artworks. I saw them being put in the truck on the day and there was no difference to an average removalist.not individually wrapped, but all slotted in and leaned up against each other.
The guys who do the heavy lifting are nice, doing there best, but not professionals. I think they were all on 457 visas.little english, their own worse for wear clothing. It was like the company had just rounded them up. Train them and put them in uniforms. I hope they were paid correctly.

Had a very positive experience dealing with Nuss Removals. The quotation process was very smooth and the recommendation for packing material required was pretty spot on.

The crews for both the removal and re-delivery were very professional, moving our stuff quickly and efficiently and being really easy to communicate with. In particular on re-delivery to our newly renovated home they were careful to use protective coverings for floors and handrails to avoid damage.

We would definitely use them again.

DISGUSTING ATTITUDES.drivers are rude and careless. Office is staffed by careless management. No people skills, no driving skills, no handeling skills. ZERO stars.

Very happy with our experience with Nuss. From the administrative side to the ground crew. We moved from a single level house to a 2 storey home and the crew were professional, efficient and careful. We also used their storage facility which was no fuss and secure. Very happy with our overall experience.

Office didn't get back to me for about a week.

Then there were a load of hidden charges that weren't made clear so my move ended up costing me $1000! From an original quote of $380.

Also, they lost some of my photos and precious small items.

Steer clear.
