Nuss Removals

I've recently used Nuss Removals for a second time. I only have very good experiences with them and will never move with anyone else again. It's a very professional company that is a member of AFRA. Very well organised and keeps their word. They actually come to your place to check everything that needs moving to give you an accurate quote. The removalists will look after your possessions and wrap them up in blankets as not to cause damage to them or any property. I highly recommend Nuss Removals and will only use them from now on.

Very helpful and flexible about timings. Had to move large heavy Hotel sofa beds. Tricky job.will use their services again

We recently engaged Nuss Removals to relocate us from our family home of 25 years to our new house. This was a daunting undertaking as we had accumulated a great deal of furniture and family possessions over the years. The move from one home to the next was seamless thanks to the professional and supportive staff at Nuss. During all stages of the move the Nuss staff were able to expertly guide us through all necessary logistics in order to arrive at a most successful outcome. The flexibility of Nuss to be able to store our furniture in secured containers during the period in-between settlement dates worked brilliantly for us. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

WARNING THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!
We booked a big truck with 3 people, they came with a ridiculously small truck and 2 people. They tried to send another person that never arrived. They could only move half of our things and then they had the audacity of billing us full for the quote we received for 3 people and a big truck. Unbelievable.
I tried to talk to the people in their office and they were rude, impolite and had a bully attitude forcing us to pay for a service we didn't receive.
I'm shocked with their awful performance, moving its already stressful but this guys converted it into a nightmare.

Nuss Removals were excellent, helping to make the stressful process of moving less stressfiul. From the first phone call, the visit for the quotation, the packing, and the move themselves, Nuss were helpful, knowledgable and efficient. They were punctual, polite and did their utmost to protect the property and our belongings. Furniture was handled with great care and the entire Nuss team did whatever they could to help us and meet our needs. I would definitely use Nuss again in any future moves.

Garbage management. Confirmed delivery date 2 months ago, get to the day of delivery waiting around all day for a no show. These people will reschedule deliveries and not tell their clients. Please do not waste your time and money.

I managed my move from Australia with Nuss Removals and it was a disastrous experience. From the estimate when I had to pay twice the price to the disassembly of furnitures when they did it really badly to then a quick and unprofessional unpacking at the destination, I definitely not recommend working with them. And of course, all these issues where not their fault but mine. Poor customer experience and value for money.

Highly recommend. The movers were so professional and respectful, I have a brand new apartment and they were so mindful of the walls and carpet. I can’t fault them and would certainly use Nuss again in the future.

From start to finish Nuss Removals showed true professionalism and why they're the best in the business. We had no idea how we were going to manage our move but with their help it became such an effortless experience. Wow Wow Wow I am so happy I went with Nuss for moving my family out of our townhouse. What an amazing job they did for me! I hadn't heard of Nuss before but gave them a call. The customer service was kind, helpful and experienced. The lady who arrived to quote my move was respectful, kind and knowledgeable. She was able to see through my household shambles and accurately assess the job with helpful tips too.
On the move day the A Team arrived and moved everything perfectly. I showed them through the house and their calm, practiced eyes, put together a move plan that worked wonderfully. I was anxious about the move, but they executed it so well, everything was treated with great care, from old heavy antiques, glass items, to boxes of Lego, all was carefully moved down stairs, around tight corners with no damage and into the truck. Amazing movers, they had lots of blankets and packed the truck intelligently so we could drop things off enroute. On arrival at our destination we discussed what needed to go where, and it happened with their experienced input. Nothing was to much for them and they made me feel great and happy about the move.
You can't go wrong with Nuss.

If you can, ask for Chris and Gustav. Two exceptional young men. Both very professional, courteous and hard working. Just two lovely people who made the experience a breeze.

Nuss werent able to provide an in house solution to my particularly difficult freight situation from eastern europe but went out of their way to help me find an alternative option. Outstanding customer service and fast responses, would definitely recommend them based on this

We are about to undertake our fourth move with Nuss. As always the service has been everything one looks for - helpful, obliging, efficient and punctual and we look forward to another professional move from Eddie and the gang to our new home.

These are the best removalists I have ever used. From the very beginning, they came to my home to give me a quote, they communicated and responded quickly. On moving day, they were early and they finished the job sooner than I would have thought possible. They were accommodating and ensured everything was where I wanted it to be. I cannot provide any negatives regarding the entire process. I would definitely use them again.

We just finished our move and we had a terrific experience with Nuss. From the beginning they were very polite and professional. They called in advance for every detail and followed up on everything as the promised. The moving crew were incredibly hard working, staying until 9PM when the job actually finished, way later than expected. Thank you Eddie, Eric and the Sams.
Once we were done we arranged for the box pick up and here they were on the next day.
Really a great experience and a breath of fresh air. And all at very competitive prices

The staff doing the audit were very professional, sadly the packers and movers were far from that.
Yes, it was unusual that some items were labelled long term storage and some to be sent overseas, but we continually had to get them to re-pack items for the correct destination - despite them being in clearly defined areas and well labelled.
We found:
. Valuables had been taken from the house during packing
. A large number of items did not make the destination.
Management first refused to accept anything was stolen, claiming it had been put in long term storage. This meant we had to pay our way back to Australia to go through the items in long term storage with an assessor.
As we expected none of our items were there.
Still Nuss management refused to accept that anything we stolen and took to bullying us, also arguing that the assessor (chosen by them) only looked at a sample, so the missing items were probably still there (as we found later, they were not).
There was no attempt to look at their staff, their controls or their selection process.
Do yourself a favour and use any other company. Our recent move was with another removalist company and was a far different experience.

Nuss did a superb job on the first stage of three complex moves. This element involved four trucks, and the packing and removal was handled well and nothing was too much trouble. I will be using Nuss for stages 2 and 3 of our moves.

I imported a number of items from Belgium to Sydney and it was a very painless process to use Nuss as a partner with the Belgian shipping company who transferred delivery of our goods over to Nuss. Would use them again.
