I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I have received from Nuss Removals so far. The initial quotation visit was made easy for me and my rather complicated situation. Margo seemed to have a solution for all scenarios.
The packing team got the job done with seeming ease and efficiency so that in a few hours I was left with an ordered home full of neatly stacked boxes ready for the move.
On moving day, the removalists were very professional and removed large and fragile items up and down stairs with care and efficiency and, before I knew it, my goods were taken off for storage.
The whole operation seemed so smoothly executed that I was immensely relieved to have a potentially very stressful situation taken in hand seemingly effortlessly.
I feel confident that the next stage of my stored goods being delivered into my new home will be managed as skilfully. Would highly recommend Nuss.

The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me at a very stressful time. Cannot speak highly enough of the team at the depot. Great to see the tradition of great personal customer service continues at Nuss.

The team were very professional, friendly & took great care in moving all my possessions. I can recommend their services to even the fussiest people requiring a removalist. The administration staff were also fantastic, as was the assessor of my goods.

We have used Nuss previously and have always found them professional, courteous and skilled at their work. This time we had 3 different elements to our relocation, including 3 different locations and a special wrapping job; all of which they tackled efficiently and with great energy. As with all moves there were a few challenges along the way, which Eddie, who led the team, was able to solve, drawing on his experience and determination. Highly recommend Nuss.

I sent 2 emails to Nuss Removals to obtain a quote for an international move and not one response from anyone from the company. I figured after not hearing anything that they weren't interested in my business so I decided to go somewhere else.

They listened to my needs, explained the process and communicated throughout the procedure. They followed up to make sure all my requirements were met. I appreciated the personal touch.

Could not have been happier. Eric and his team were excellent and so careful in moving my mother’s belongings. They were also kind, courteous, and friendly as they went about their work. Could not recommend Nuss more highly; from first correspondence with Helen, right through to Eric and his team of movers has made what seemed insurmountable, possible and stress-free

The Nuss Experience was excellent from the inital meeting with the consultant right through to moving day, and all the steps in between. Even with the added complexity of the rapidly evolving CoVid situation, service was highly professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. The packing and uplift team, who graciously accommodated a last minute change in our schedule, were swift, thorough, careful and polite, and took pains to ensure we were completely satisfied and fully confident with their work. We have subsequently recommended Nuss to a friend who is considering an international move.

I had a number of issues with this business which primarily stemmed from an extremely rude sales representative. Firstly, the sales rep tried to overcharge me twice for removalist and storage fees. It was only when I requested an itemized copy of the invoice (which the business doesn't seem to provide) did it come become apparent I was being overcharged. Secondly, I was overcharged storage/exit fees after my request to combine my items with my fathers was ignored. I received no explanation or compensation for this. Thirdly, when organising my items out of Nuss storage, the sales rep charged me for 8hrs based on his estimate. I questioned this estimate considering it took approx 5hrs to move the items into storage and he told me to find another removalist company! Considering my items were in their storage, I was left with no choice. I suggest Nuss management review their customer service representatives if they want their business to survive. On a positive note, the actual removalists were hard working and nice guys - shame the customer service rep let the company down.

Charged a fortune for an interstate move but figured they must be good. They Re packed our things out of our storage container without telling us and transported with other peoples things without permission. Some damaged goods and not refunding any of our money.

Hit and miss service. Volume to be shipped in our international move was under quoted relative to the other quotes we received. After our belongings were packed and loaded we were asked to pay a substantial additional charge. The volume estimate provided had been pretty rough and not a huge surprise it was inaccurate. For example, no boxes were listed for the kitchen. Only one picture was listed although we had over ten paintings and picture frames around the flat and had indicated that all were going.

No update or tracking information was provide two weeks after our belongings were loaded into container for shipping. I asked repeatedly for tracking details but didn't get any useful information. We were eventually told that the container had been booked on the ship two weeks before but this was not communicated on any of the times I asked for details of where our belongings were. The lack of communication was disappointing and even made me think our belongings has been misplaced or forgotten somewhere over the holidays. The packers had indicated that it was a busy time and this could explain why the communication was so poor.

On a positive note the packers did a good job of wrapping and labelling belongings and were very efficient loading it up. Items were over wrapped if anything so a lot of excess materials but the UK removals company who unloaded the container were happy to take back any packaging.

The container arrived a couple of weeks later than we had been advised because of a missed transfer in the Netherlands and then further delays. So total Sydney-Scotland transit was over ten weeks, which was longer than we were advised at time of booking the service.

I have suddenly had a flurry of interest from Nuss wanting to provide "follow up" after posting my review. In my opinion this wasn't very useful after they'd finished their end of the removals service. I would have preferred better communication during the removals process and a more transparent and accurate quote at the initial visit when our shipping volume was estimated.

Excellent customer service and friendly experienced removalists.
Moved from Sydney to UK. Everything arrived exactly as programmed and in perfect condition. Could not fault or ask for anything more.
Slightly more expensive than quotes from bigger companies but several business acquaintances recommended Nuss Removals and we are so glad we took their advice.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relocation without stress and personal service. A rarity in todays world.

Stuff was all delivered safely, not seen any damage so far which is good. Boys plugged in our washing machine and reassembled our table, which was much appreciated!

Thanks for going above and beyond to help us in what has been a more stressful move than most moves would be, with me ending up in emergency surgery just 1 week after my arrival in Australia and all! We have really, really appreciated it <3

The boys were amazing, fast but careful, couldn't do enough at the new abode, making sure that everything was in the right place and was I sure everything was in the correct place. Moving is stressful but the boys (men actually) made it a great experience. I would recommend Nuss to anyone, and have actually done so. Many thanks K
