All the staff & medical technicians are very courteous, friendly & efficient. Definitely my 1st choice.

Thank you to the xray, CT and MRI staff who helped me with my shoulder arthrogram last week. Super efficient and everyone was so friendly.

The staff were friendly however, the lady who did our ultrasound didn’t have a very nice bedside manner and made my partner and I feel very uncomfortable.

The Egyptian girl who did my ultra sound scan is very professional with an excellent service. Great attitude.

The staff at Norwest Medical Imaging are incredibly friendly and thorough. They make even the most stressful procedures less frightening. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

These guy’s are great, I have been here a few times there is a little swift wait but once in the staff are genuine, kind, caring, patient and pretty lol have had great experiences and never disappoint and if waiting awhile, the pretty happy staff always make you comfortable ️

Poor system, their staff are uneducated. For MRI, their technicians forget give me ear protection. Also I ask her, she said we give it when patients can’t continue with that noise!
She doesn’t know that big noise may causes loosing hearing and Tinnitus!

They are not educated and I am wondering how they are licensed! They put everyone’s life in more risk instead of helping!

Staff and specialists 5 STARS:)
I have been there now 13 times for various procedures / scans.
Staff members and specialists are always extremely caring, friendly, highly efficient and just lovely.
The practice manager Quoc did everything possible to book a much needed appointment today with my preferred Radiologist Guy Harris to get me out of pain before Christmas. Highly appreciated:)

Examination 5-star, support staff 1-star.

Examination itself was fine (5-star), but the support staff in a follow-up phone call were rude and unhelpful (1-star).

Edit: Following a very helpful call from their management, I am satisfied that my bad experience was a one-off and not representative of the overall organisation. Changed my rating 3=>4 stars.

Both Biopsies the Doctors gentle informative and thorough! Their nurses comforting.
The Staff were caring welcoming and concerned re waiting!
Just the right place to go to when we who are in need, need help.

I came in to get a scan, was a very nice experience and the staff was amazing, one of the staff members, Veronica was very freindly and helped me a lot and Quoc also helped me a lot to get me booked in quickly.would highly recommend.

I arrived and felt instantly welcomed, I had issues with my doctor not having sent my referral for my scan and the girls at reception were so extremely helpful and I was able to get the scan eventually through their extremely helpful time to trying to get in contact with my specialist. Would highly recommend this centre

I was so nervous but the whole team from the checkin to reception, radiology staff to Dr Harris were all both professional and genuinely friendly and took the time to make me comfortable and well informed. The procedure was well explained and they all supported me throughout- I couldn’t have asked for better experience and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing radiology and interventional radiology of any kind.

I was shown so much consideration and care while at Norwest Medical Imaging by the Covid check in lady, the lady who saw to each patient and gave assistance with the forms to be filled out. Also the staff who did my x-rays and ultrasounds who were very supportive and helpful.
The lady who answered the phone went above and beyond the call of duty. I made a request and she went out of her way to help and make it happen. I feel bad that I don't remember their names as I was in excruciating pain but thank you so very much for your empathy, understanding and quick response.

While no-one ever looks forward to having medical tests, if you have to Norwest Medical Imaging is the place to go. The staff were warm courteous and professional at all times, in particular Jane and Joe, who explained everything in a caring manner. This made a potentially stressful experience easier to handle.
