Exceptional advice and service from showroom staff to installers. Dave counselled me through my product and colour choice decisions.it wasn't easy.but his professional advice and expertise got us there. All the tradesmen were pleasant, on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done with a minimum of disruption. It was a massive undertaking in a large house with zero damage to freshly painted walls and skirts. They had some tricky furniture movements to perform! We are thrilled with the resulting ease of care of the vinyl planks and stain resistant carpet. They certainly live up to their reviews. Thank you:)

We love our Affinity vinyl plank flooring it looks great and our beautiful wool carpet it is so amazingly soft on our feet. It has been a few weeks since our install and we cannot find any faults with the install. Perfect. We spent a bit of time getting quotes and shopping around with the bigger flooring stores. I was looking for a top quality carpet and underlay for my new house, I called in to Newcastle Carpets at Belmont opposite Bunnings to see what they had. Their range was large and had plenty of samples to take back home to make an easy decision.
Phoned up and arranged for a measure, Dave came out and quickly measured up and before long the carpet was in and down.
The sales help selecting and quick install made the whole thing seamless. I’d definitely recommend Newcastle Carpets

From the moment I started looking at flooring, the service I received from Newcastle Carpet and Flooring, was exceptional. Gary could not do enough for me. My only disappointment was that they did not carry both floorings I wanted, but the carpet is exactly as I hoped. It compliments the hard floor I got from another store, beautifully.
