The team from NC&F are friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating. When we renovated our kitchen, we replaced the 28 year old vinyl flooring, in our kitchen and family room, with timber look vinyl planks. We were so thrilled with the sensational look and feel, we continued replacing all the floors throughout our home (including carpet) with the same planks. NCP Put our vinyl flooring down, we found Dave to be very friendly and helpful. They did a great job and even after 2 years we had a minor issue, Dave was obliging and got it fixed. I have no hesitation in recommending them at all.

The Service and product advice was top notch. They advised on the product that was best suited to our needs and although offered more expensive options they explained what it was that increased the price and why I didn't need it.
They also came in %25 under other retailers on exactly the same product.
