You planned my installation 3 weeks ago and now you're telling me this on the installation day. Can anyone explain to me how a schedule is made at nbn?

Edit: Contacted Nbn, "nothing seems to be wrong". I did the Telstra speed test and the download speed was 0.2 MGPS. TOOK FIFTEEN MINUTES TO LOAD A YOUTUBE VIDEO. DO NOT USE.

Was now told that the connection to the property was HCF instead of fibre, the government just cannot be stuffed to upgrade the tech. $51 BILLION TAX PAYER DOLLARS CONTRIBUTED TO THIS GOVERNMENT MESS

My God. What a shocker of an experience. Your technicians are rude and barely able to communicate, and your service is non-existent. Trying to get connected for a small office is like an experience from a dystopian nightmare.

Been politely requesting a technician for months to come to our premises and solve the issue with dropouts. They ALWAYS cancel at the last minute. It's incredible that this business is still operating.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. 3 appointments and the issue not solved. They keep sending the wrong technicians who are not able to fix the lead cable

I ordered nbn on 22nd of February and the nbn technican came up and he said there was a network shortfall that's why the device was not connected and again they sent another technican came up even I don't know he is coming and he install device, he said me from our end done and contact ure service providers. They disconnect my Adsl. They told me that nbn haven't give us a report that your issue has been resolved still Today I don't have internet. This is such a terrible and rubbish service and making people frusted. If they haven't finish there work in the address never mentioned that your address is ready to connect to nbn.

Incorrect address listed for my property and cannot get NBN to correct!

Delays in connection due to the incorrect address with NBN just passing the buck onto the provider.

Waste of tax payers money! Poor service and no accountability at all!

Nothing but trouble for the 18 months we've had it. Carrier pigeons would be faster, more efficient and wouldn't shut down as often!

Was booked in for a technician to install the NBN 8am -12pm, NO SHOW. Called my internet provider, they said the technician visited my house and no one was there. Blatant Lie, also said they would have a left a note, no note. After taking a half day for work, now got to take another half day 3 weeks later. Again with no guarantee that the technician will be be coming.

Been stuck unable to connect at my own property for a few weeks now in a case where the phone number isn't known at the address (rental). Service provider has been helpful but described NBN as a brick wall in resolving the issue.

My Oder number is 12506908 and I have been waiting for NBN technicians to arrive for four times and two months. During this two months they missed four times of my appointments and no one gives me a call or any explanation.

Seriously how can a company like you guys not go bankrupt and can still survive till now? Such an miracle for you to waste Australian tax payer’s money.

NBN is the worst Internet Provider in Australia. Your service is the worst.

Have moved to a new apartment and the address of the apartment is not listed on NBN database. Sent Serial number, pictures of the box, GPS coordinates and still waiting for them to get it in their database and has been 6 weeks. Rubbish service. No one respond to the customer service phone and waited for hours.very disappointing

3 Years in a row promised NBN and failed to deliver. Last year they half installed NBN and left cords dangling from our doors and left the job half done. NBN has been delayed every year for 3 years now. The next one is March 2019. March is almost over and literally no technicians. Hopes are not looking high.

Stunned and appalled. Ever since we moved into this apartment, we've had no internet; it's just been one shenanigan after another, such that we've been waiting three months to have an NBN technician come and "fix" the NBN unit for our building. Even with bills stacking up, and our patience wearing thin, our provider is at a complete loss and can't do anything but apologize every time we call for an update. Stop telling us it'll be two more days, two more days, two more days. If you have a legitimate reason for this absurd delay and dishonesty, I'd like to know. For crying out loud this is just beyond outrageous.

The technician was supposed to turn up to install the NBN box. Took leave and waited from 1pm to 5pm. In the end, called Telstra and Telstra did not provide any answer why the technician was not here.

The next appointment will be three weeks from now. We are not after the NBN connection but due to certain reasons, we need to install a NBN box at our house

Hey Zara, How is your conscience? Why do you give the same nonsense of a response to just about every dissatisfied unhappy customer. Have a heart and be honest with these customers. What proportion of NBN reviews are one star or customers wishing to give NBN a negative rating?

I used to be on adsl and never had an outage one. Now we’re on NBN and it goes out for hours almost every other or once every three days. Absolute trash internet and even worse I have no direct connection with NBN. I just have to sit on the phone with my provider for 30 minutes while they tell me to unplug and replug the router back in before setting me up with an appointment with NBN.

Get your stuff together Australia. It’s like a third world country over here in regards to internet access.
