Ero Davarias has been managing my unit for the past 6 years. I had a financial adviser once say to me “the best investments property is one you forget you own” meaning the management and running of the property goes on without hassle and you just forget it’s there. Well that’s how I feel about ours. Ero deals with everything and keeps us updated on a regular basis on what we need to know and I don’t have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Ero and the Morton team without hesitation.

5 stars for Ero who arranged repairs to broken items, ac & plumbing immediately when we discovered problems upon moving in to rental property. She is also addressing issue of poor bond clean - condition upon entry & provided report which differed are reasons for 4 stars.

I've been renting with Morton for about 2.5 years and couldn't be happier with the support I'm receiving. The Property Manager - Ero - has always been very accommodating, polite and professional. What I also find very important is the human element, which is something often lacking in this industry, and which is a big part of what Morton is offering.
