We were so fortunate to make our first property purchase through Morton. Dylan in particular was an amazing agent. He was so professional and always made time for us. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Dylan as an agent & Morton as an agency to anyone looking to buy.

The team at Morton Wentworth Point were amazing every step of the way. Nevena was great in providing the information when we made the initial property management query and Amanda, who became involved once we decided to use Morton's services, was amazing and communicative every step of the way. We were so happy to work with both and we look forward to our growing relationship with the Morton Wentworth Point team.

We were with Morton Real Estate for 4.5 years and overall we had a great experience. Ero was a fantastic property manager, she was efficient with answering any of our questions or organising any repairs that were required. We did find emailing our property manager directly was much better than calling the office when we needed assistance as the reception staff were usually unable to assist us.

We have been renting with Morton for years, and it came time to relocate. We looked at many properties under different real estates/agents and none stood out quite like Amanda. She is beyond attentive, answering any questions promptly and extremely informative about all the properties she shows. She's accommodating to work schedules if you can't make a weekend inspection and she really ensures you feel the level of care she puts into her work. I would recommend Amanda and Morton Real Estate 100 times over! Thank you for helping us find our new apartment.

PROSPECTIVE TENANTS: DO NOT RENT FROM MORTON. From the moment we were selected as tenants, Morton’s leasing team have been hopeless. Be aware that the good service stops once they have your application approved, we:
- Had to follow up our own lease/keys 24 hours before our lease was set to commence, after receiving no communication at all.
- Had to follow up on inaccurate property reports at the start and end of tenancy (which fell on deaf ears)
- Received constant emails and texts about internal system/process changes (that don't mean anything to a tenant)
- Had our bond withheld, after receiving nothing but great feedback at inspections
- Were asked to "hide" black mould as part of the end of tenancy repairs
- Had our time, and the money of tax payers wasted when Ivy showed up at NSW tenancy tribunal hearing on behalf of the landlord unsure of her role, refusing to make negotiation without direction.

The leasing team (post sales) is incompetent. They show no consideration to customer experience. Ivy is particularly difficult to work with (by the looks of other reviews, she could learn a few lessons from Amanda). I will never recommend Morton to a landlord nor tenant.

Sadly Morton have been the worst real estate agency I have ever had to deal with, 39 days ago the air conditioning unit broke in my rental property and after lodging an urgent repair request they have so far done nothing except have two people look at the unit and state they are trying to source quotes to get it repaired/replaced and that they are sorry for the inconvenience, and that I just need to be patient, but after 40 days of being patient action is needed. In summary this agency is not proactive, and the staff have zero sense of urgency. Avoid them if you can!

Anthony Chow was great. Very knowledgeable on cUrrent market conditions and very proactive. Very approachable and able to go out of his way to help. I recommend him to any buyer looking for great service and friendly attitude.
