These guys are located just around the corner from us and are a great business. Our dealings with them have always been great and their customer first focus is refreshing.
Prompt, professional, friendly. We have no negative word to say about them. Offered great advice and all report/updates were super speedy. Our rental property was leased within a week and the fees they charge was very reasonable compared to other agents we worked with before. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Was without a doubt the easiest experience I have had applying for a rental. I have been looking for the right apartment for a while and it has been quite stressful and frustrating. During an inspection I had the opportunity to meet Mehran, who has always been punctual and professional. He suggested me a few options which suited my needs perfectly! He was well informed about the market, the apartments and the retail industry! I will definitely recommend him and Morton to anybody is looking to find a place to call “home”.
My experience with Morton was amazing. I've dealt with few agencies in the past but very happy I found Morton with such professional agents like Mehran who is excellent in customer service. He kept me in touch frequently with market changes and applications till find me the right tenant.

Your Senior Property Manager is egotistical and pathetic. He lies and rarely responds to communication. He will act surprised that you are unhappy with his service. Not authentic nor genuine and professsionalisim is not his middle name. Pity I can't leave a zero star, very disappointed with property management with Morton's and will never recommend Pyrmont office. My money is spent elsewhere.

By keeping me informed throughout the process I felt reassured and less stressed. James also worked around my availability so that I didn't have to take time out from work - important as a busy business owner.

I have had 6 different people looking after my apartment in the 18 months I have lived there. Makes communication an absolute nightmare. Left the apartment spotless and cleaner than when I took occupancy yet no one want to release my bond and no communication as to why. In the hands of fair trading now. Absolute shambles of a business
Send many emails and text message to this agent yet there is not reply. Attend one of the inspections and the agent was late, yet not even any apology for being late and kept so many of us waiting. Bad service and very rude. I couldn't even imagine why people would give property to such agent to manage. Very disappointed!
Attempted to rent property with this lot in Pyrmont twice now, and no reply either time. Not even a polite apology for not answering my applications. In my opinion, don't bother. Waste of time and effort. Morton Pyrmont display the archetypal vision of a real estate agent as scumbags next to traffic cops. Go elsewhere. I'd rather give zero stars but I can't.
