As a renter, you can be in a very precarious position when your home depends upon the decision of others. I feel that Morton Real Estate, while representing the interest of the landlord, have also been an advocate for the renter. Georgia Peters, my senior property manager, has been forthright in her discussions & has negotiated rent increases that have been acceptable to both parties. My experience with Nicole Beckett, a Leasing and Development Agent from Morton, has been outstanding and I would recommend anyone to do business with Nicole. She has made my search of a rental property easy and pleasant. I have been looking for a property for months in this very trying time when the property market has just skyrocketed, people offering crazy amount of money just to secure a place to live and agent recognises money rather than people.

From the moment I met Nicole at the inspection, she recognised me, she knows who I am, though we have never met in person before, but she remembered that I had submitted my application the night before. Mind you, it was quite late at night when I completed the application. Which tells me, Nicole really takes pride in her work and she has total control of every aspect of it.

After the inspection, Nicole handled the application process in exceptional time to get all the document ready and approval from the owner even on her day off. She kept me in formed in every single step of the process. At the end, when she gave me the good news of the application being approved by the owner, I can sense how genuinely relieve and happy she was for me.

To Nicole, she has retreated every single person she met with respect and dignity, tenants are not just a number.

Highly͏ Professional, Reliable and Personable

Ian͏ is the consummate professional. He was there with me every step of the way when purchasing a recent property. He was patient with explaining answers to all of my questions, and was great with follow up. Ian was very polite and professional at all times. He is relatable, and well mannered and always responded in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian to either sell a property or to purchase with. Natasha who currently works with Ian is fantastic support. It was a pleasure working with both of them.

I took it all back, as they have been quite a nuissance lately.
1. Schedule an inspection that only suited their schedule.
2. Managed to rebook that said inspection date, fiddled around my difficult work schedule to come home "on time" only to find out that the inspection is no longer happening (we are talking about NO email, and NO phonecall or text). I was waiting for the agent for this "inspection" to happen, as apparently my rental is already being managed by another real estate.
3. Even if my rental is already managed by a different real estate, (probably a fortnight now) they never bothered to inform their accounts team. Now I just got a threatening email about being evicted for not paying rent.
4. The agent who managed my rental has zero clue, and often not available to help if the tenant has issues.

We found James to be an excellent real estate agent. James is a great communicator, very knowledgeable and thorough, and delivered a great outcome for us. He made the whole process so easy for us and we would not hesitate to recommend James.

Naomie Texier is a very friendly and efficient agent who reached out to us promptly and was willing to help us out if there were any changes we would like to make the tenancy process easier.

Naomie was great - she let me know that she was early so I could come in early then was very upfront about what the owners were looking for. Would recommend:)

Got kicked out during covid in Sept 2021 after living there for 2 years. The agent responsible was never reachable if I got problems, the only time she reached out to me is to kicked me out because she believes my unit worth $500, instead of $400. She compares it with all other unit. My unit has no parking, proper balcony, sunlight, concierge, gym, swimming pool or complex park/ roof top. Also charge me for insects termination, doesn't want to listen that the insects come from garbage room right next door. It is illegal to kicked me out but I found cheaper unit. That unit has been 3 months vacant by now.

We have rented a property through Morton and found the team very professional, efficient, friendly and responsive.

Hikma was very responsive and gave us excellent advice regarding renting out our property. She was able to secure a good quality tenant very quickly especially in this time during Covid. Sarah Tanti is our property manager and she has been very helpful throughout. I highly recommend both as industry professionals with great communication. As at September 2021.

Sarah Tanti, has been managing my property for over a year. I feel extremely confident that Sarah is looking after my interest. Sari communicates very well with me either responding to my request or providing me with updates of my property. As Im overseas at the moment, I need to have someone I can trust and have confidence in, that my property is being looked after and Sarah is just that person. Im extremely happy with her service.

Sarah from Morton Pyrmont office provided great service. From managing my property during COVID and issues with tenant vacating and not leaving the place in great shape. Sarah was proactive in organising fixes to the apartment and leasing the property. Being incredibly busy with my day job and raising a family Sarah made things simple and easy.
