My son loves his new boots, since he was a baby I have always bought him boots from mortels, he is now 6 and on his 3rd pair. Thank you for such beautiful boots

Our 1st visit and was for breakfast, we ordered a double bacon and egg roll with coffee, now beware, these things are huge, as well as fresh, excellent meal and the coffee was great as well as the friendly service. Will be back again sometime.

I got the mystery colour Blitz boots and I absolutely love them! The staff at Mortels were very helpful in finding my right size by answering emails promptly and measuring the opening and height of the boots for me. Thanks so much!

My mum and I visited home world Thornton and Decided to stop for something to eat! This little Cafe was great value for money in a quaint spot off the main road! Enjoyable

Well I couldn’t find how I could do a factory tour. I saw most stuff in the shop were made in china, not really made here. Nothing much, except a good photo near the giant uggs and a good coffee. Food was really disappointing. We ordered a salad and tandoori chicken wrap - wrap was too sour and salad was tasteless - overpriced.

We purchased (online) a pair of Ugg boots each for my wife, son and myself. Delivery, despite Covid was fast.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service from Tony and his team.
My boots were too big because I had chosen the wrong size, but that was no problem for Tony. I contacted him and was told to send them back and the correct size was despatched.
Great Aussie service for a great Aussie product. 5 stars all round

The woman at the store was rude and I felt like she needs to understand we are all not sick and i was completely complying with rules and the voice and tone came across rude.

I go here a bit and I'm always happy with the service whether it be in the cafe for lunch or buying gear like my new uggies. Food and drinks are always delicious and a good size. Wool products are always first class. Thoroughly recommend both sides of the business. There's also a little museum to check out on the way in.

Awesome service! Selected size from the guide online and ordered on a Thursday. Boots were delivered to Sydney on the following Saturday. Perfect fit.

I couldn't rate this company high enough! Seriously from the minute of first contact to the end. Fast efficient service, quality of the boots are outstanding! Super soft and lux! Super fast delivery!

The only downfall is. I didn't buy more!

Seriously I have never like Ugg boots because I've always found them too itchy, but these are simply the BEST!

There is a wide range of sheepskin products here. I have a pair of Uggs I bought from here 7 years ago and they are still in good shape. Very warm as well. I bought my son a pair this time and the price was very reasonable.

Friendly and informative staff. Great stock selections. Well worth $150 for boots. Last ones lasted 13 years and they got a flogging. Hope these ones are just as good. Thanks Mortels.

Being Australian owned and made, I'd wanted to purchase from these guys for a while but make the trek there to try check specific colours for my Bitza's

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. So friendly and just so knowledgeable and accommodating; not just with us but we were there whilst they engaged with other customers.

Our sales lady (I didn't catch her name sorry) even went on the hunt for the perfect colour combination out the back in my size and absolutely nailed it!

I ended up buying a pair of Bitza's (picture attached) and a pair of scuffs and I swear to God they are the most comfortable UGG boots I've ever owned. Inside is soft and cushy and the soles are of outstanding quality; they talk about UGG boots lasting 10 years in their care instructions and upon wearing mine it's easy to see why.

Stay awesome team; I've already been recommending you to everyone!
