Lovely stuff but the customer service was shocking I enquired about sizing them rather than the lady going and checking like she said she went. Spoke to another customer just in front of us for a minute then came back and told me they had no stock out the back won’t be going back there

Im so recommending Mortels to any motorcyclist who are considering a sheepskin seat cover. I spoke with Simon at Mortels about options for my motorcycle, and felt comfortable and confident that he was giving sound advice. The best part was when I received my seat back with new sheepskin fitted in what I call record time. I can't vouch that you'll get yours as quick as I did, but your backside will be so happy from the first time it meets your seats new cover as mine did.

An interesting place to visit as it is much more than a shop! The shop is well laid out & has a great selection of sheepskin & related products. The attached museum is an interesting glimpse of the sheepskin industry & their Cafe is quite spacious with a good variety of food available. The staff in each area were friendly & very helpful. All in all, a great outing. Thank you to all at Mortels Sheepskin Factory.

I have been served by Sabina quite a few times in the last few months at Mortels at Thornton. Sabina is such a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. She makes sure your foot wear fits perfectly and is very patient while you try on different sizes. Certainly recommend this place for great customer service and products. I will be a repeat customer.

Great quality products, good range but very limited stock levels and size range of some items.

The best quality sheep skin Ugg boots and slippers in Australia. Top workmanship, beautiful colours, wide variety of fit, very knowledgeable staff who ensure you walk away loving your purchase. You can buy additional inslips for when the sole wears down but the rest of the boot is still in perfect condition, extending lifetime even further. There is also a cafe for food and drinks with both indoor and outdoor dining, and a factory museum on the history of Mortels.

Unbelievable service and quality workmanship. This was a totally unexpected surprise as I thought I was simply buying car seat covers. What a Fantastic and warming experience. We have been to Mortels at Thornton a few times and we have needed Specially Designed shoes as My Mum Joan only has half of her left foot. We have been so lucky to get Josh Mortel to design and produce beautiful and comfortable footwear that suits Mum’s needs. Josh is the most caring and understanding young Man and with such an eye for detail. Anybody looking for Specialty Footwear should go to Mortels Thornton and ask for Josh. Funniest thing I heard the cashiers say, I much prefer working at Warner's bay because they know what they want and are in and out. People here like to browse This was as I was browsing for UGG boots.

I've been buying UGG boots here for years! This visit I got a sheepskin pram liner, and a rug. So impressed with the quality! Great staff.

My wife and I wanted to surprise her Mum with a special pair of sheepskin boots for her Birthday as she is an amputee with only half of her left foot after an accident. Tony the owner and his Son Josh really looked after Mum with their "out of the square" approach to her needs. We could not have asked for more. The suggestions and then the production of the footwear Mum was happy with could not have been better. Thankyou Tony and Josh for your understanding, compassion, advice and above all exceptional customer service.

Lovely cafe, best sweet potato fries I have ever had. Great coffee and quick service by friendly staff. The gift shop is wonderful with an assortment of merchandise. Friendly welcoming staff as well.

I bought some Ugg boots online for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. When I made the purchase I wasn’t sure what kind of colour I was going to get but my mother in law hates dark colours so I emailed Mortels asking if they could give me the lightest brown/tan ones they have and they got back to me the very next day saying that it wouldn’t be a problem and when the Ugg boots arrived they were absolutely perfect. My mother in law loves them! 10/10 great service.
