We needed a blind for westerly, high wind area balcony and felt unsure about the salesman’s advice. We visited showroom at Bella Vista and David recommended their chain guide motorised blind. Working brilliantly! Also great work with the enclosure panels hiding the chains. Went above and beyond to please. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service and work by Modern Group. I had the gutters and downpipes replaced as well as having the roof re-conditioned. All the trades did a great job and particularly Sharn who did the roof. He communicated on any problems during the job and found and fixed a few issues for me as part of the job. Highly recommended!

The Modern Group supplied and installed 10 shutters to various rooms of my home. The quality of the product I found to be excellent and nothing was a problem for them. We made several changes along the way without any issues or delay.

Way too expensive for the quality you get

they have had to replace my shutters on 6 different occasions because they were damaged, falling apart, loose or not even installed straight.
Taken over a year between 'having to make new ones' and replace them.joke of a company.dont bother with these guys
buy some cheap ones from china and you will get a better product

After meeting with a salesman from Modern we accepted a quote to repair clean and paint our roof.
Aaron the tradie then contacted us to come and see what work was needed and make a date for starting work.
On the day and time promised Aaron turned up with his helper and began work.
Both men were polite and very efficient with the final outcome being everything we had hoped for.
My wife and I highly recommend Modern.

The replacement of failed/seized shutter motors has occurred quickly and efficiently. The tradesman was courteous and professional in replacing the motors.
Of the ten shutters I have installed, I have now had four motors replaced over the past five years.
