Terrible staff, tried to book an inspection was told to wait as they were behind for other apartments. Staff is a joke. Would never let these guys rent somthing for me. Tenets a ready to rent and they can’t be bothered to do there jobs.

Don’t do it. Absolutely never use these business brokers, 9 months after asking them to help sell me beloved business all I have been is absolutely ripped off. Who charges someone $3200 to post the photos we provide, the information we write and the leads we provide. Changed sales people over 3 times in 9 months, the day the contract ran out I sacked them. I asked for a refund of $2000 because no one else charges these ridiculously expensive prices for nothing, They refused even after all the stuffing around.

After one phone call to professional business broker Conti’s, Enzo sold for us in less than 5 weeks.
