Amazing realestate to deal with! We have had nothing but great experiences with MMJ Wollongong (in particular Leonie) since the start. Very professional, and respectful of us and our space. Inspections have been a breeze, and they work in with you and what/when suites you. They aren’t pushy, and aren’t over the top with anything. A very lovely realestate to deal with.

Fantastic Customer Service and Knowledge
When looking to purchase an investment property in Wollongong Victor and the team at MMJ Wollongong were so accommodating and helpful. Their knowledge of the building, the area and the rental market were outstanding. We inspected the property over facetime and Victor was very patient and explained everything as if we were there in person. Very big statement to say that we were so comfortable and confident in Victor's knowledge that we purchased the property unseen in person. Highly recommend the team.

Online auction with MMJ
Daniel and Staff have been extremely helpful during the difficult task of selling my mother's house. Their professionalism, politeness, helpfulness and advice during a difficult time was really appreciated and I cannot recommend MMJ enough. They assisted with organisation of an open house/auction and during times when we were in lockdown, their assistance with covid rules and organising an on-line auction at the last minute was exceptional. During times when even having people in the house was a problem Daniel and Staff worked with us to ensure that all lockdown rules were carried out and inspections went smoothly. I would recommend MMJ to anyone based on the experiences we have had and the ease with which the house sold.

David was great
I bought an apartment off the plan from David. It was a little daunting as I had not done this before. Davids knowledge of the area was fantastic. This helped to guide me with my decisions. David has always kept me informed and responded promptly to my queries. Great agent to deal with.

Victor and Angela are great communicators, they always get back to you and are very professional and helpful. I was able to purchase my first place of my own through them.

I noticed most of MMJ's great 5 stars are from Buying not Renting. After have dealt with Elders, first national and others through the last 8 years of leasing, MMJ wollongong by far is the ' most 2-faced agency when comparing you moving in and moving out. Here are the following things my room-mate and I have experienced and we are very Jaded:
1. When we were told to pay one extra day rent of 58 dollars on the spot when we returned the keys, no one ever asked or outline in the vacating packet regarding this.
2. Cleaning options: it is no surprises when they offer you 50 other things still need rectifying after their inspection, however, they do not leave you any room to hire your own cleaners but force you to use their own contractors as they state: " after the 2nd inspection, if conditions still is unsatisfactory, we will use our own contractors and charge you accordingly ". In other words, not much room for us to choose, is there?
3. The lady who worked as the property manager (Brunette, curvey, long hair and 40ish), the only thing I could comment is: 2 faced B word and H word. So lovely and all when I renewed the lease and resting B word face when I informed them about my decision to leave. Look, Covid has not only driven real-estate nuts, it also has made us who support ourselves without parents' helping quite poor! Especially, no rent was deducted in the whole Covid 2020!

Renters, please be really careful when dealing with MMJ wollongong, choose others. Like Elders, by far the best, first national shellharbour okayish.

However, it is purely my own experience in Renting with MMJ wollongong, it could be biased. But it is worth mentioning. As not all of us are fiscally wealthy enough to BUY just yet.

Our experience with David was great. As first home buyers we didn't know a whole lot about the process and David took the time to answer all our questions, even the ones we didn't know we should ask! He was always very approachable, honest and responded to emails/calls very quickly.

Outstanding
From our initial meeting with Daniel to discuss the sale of my parents property it became very obvious he had an outstanding overview of the local market and where the property stood in that market.
He suggested we go down the auction path Daniel’s advertising and marketing plan was without fault.
We were kept up to Date on just about a daily basis up to auction day We’re the property sold for a value way above our expectations. We could not recommend Daniel and his team more highly there professionalism and commitment to the sale of our family home was outstanding.
