To be quite honest, we had become a little jaded by previous experiences with real estate agents.
Daniel was a refreshing change from the usual in-your-face approach.

The sale of my late mother's home
Daniel was extremely patient with the many questions we asked about the process and gave us excellent advice about preparing the property for sale. During the 'for sale' period he gave us regular email updates and was in contact in between times as well - we never felt that we did not know what was going on. Nice and friendly staff. However, poor time management cost us a lot of money.

First of all, it took around 6 weeks to find a tenant which put a lot of financial stress on us. I even gave some suggestions (putting up photos about property features and advertising on other platforms other than Realestate) which could potentially increase our chance of getting a tenant, but they ignored them.

Secondly, last time when the tenants moved out and they’d damaged the spa cover, they were supposed to have it replaced and like I said it took MMJ a couple of weeks to rent out the property and when we thought it’s finally over, only to find out that since the spa cover hadn’t been replaced, the new tenant couldn’t sign a lease, it took them another three weeks before I took over and found a cover myself within hours.

A property owner used MMJ for commercial property management for 6 months and it turns out to be a total disaster! Their property management team are irresponsible and do all the stuff on their own without notifying the owner. Not sure how they deal with the other owners but personally I will never use them again.

Professional and committed!
Daniel was very professional and respectful, he was also very kind. Daniel is a great communicator and this was evident throughout the whole purchase process. He also represented the seller well and was able to answer many questions along the way both about the property and the sale. The open house was conducted very well, very conscientious and safe considering the amount of people present in a covid environment.

Daniel took the time to make sure that I always understood what was going on and was comfortable with where things were at. I recommend Daniel to anyone and would work with him again in the future on other sales/purchases.

My 3 year old previously left a one star review with a mysterious additional comment of "Ever". Always the ingenue, they do this more often than I'd like, and have given reviews to half of NSW with memorable pieces such as "sjsjwjsjsjshshshs" and "if I fudge". Intrigue at it's best and sure, I should probably put a stop to it. But dinner must be cooked, smart phones must be handed over, etc. I've never visited this real estate, but 5 stars for their courteous, only mildly concerned reply to the ethereal one star rating my child handed out.

Brought and closed a property in less than a week. Guided us to what the vendor was looking for to get us over the line which wasn't just a higher offer. Seemed to be working for both the vendor and us as the buyer, very happy with the experience.

I am currently selling a duplex unit and I can say that I have NEVER received the best service, care and most helpful Agents like Victor and Angela Shalala from MMJ Wollongong.
