We have worked with MMJ North since 2003 when we first bought property in the Illawarra. They have acted as leasing agents for us, we bought a second property through them and Greg Truebody has always provided us with current and professional market advice. Just recently we decided to sell our house in Doris Avenue and so it was only natural that we would list with Greg. He has always acted in our best interests, we trust him which is vital in any dealings you have with a real estate agent. Once we decided to sell, we met with him agreed on the approach and then just left it to him. He kept us informed along the way (he rang us, we did not have to chase him) and we believe he got us the best price. He kept us informed of the top bids so we could make a confident decision. I cannot recommend Anita Lewis highly enough when leasing a property, she offers sound advice and is always available. If I was to sell another property I would not hesitate in listing it with Greg and would be more than happy to recommend both Anita and Greg any time.

Absolute disgraceful! Had 2 lafys cleaning am pld house, charged me 170 plus 130! When they sent a dodgy painter out to fix the pld ceiling, he tipped it out, beams exposed 24 hours and no insulation or saaking. The dirt and dust snd who knows if asbestos.i had to clean up for a week! They nowhave tge nerve to charge me forcleaning with akk tgat i did! Sickened and objectung!

As a landlord my husband and I have found the MMJ Property Management Team to be very professional. Particularly we appreciate the accessibility to the managers. One phone call to the office to sort issues out, and if they are not available, they will get back to us promptly. When anything needs repairs, MMJ employ on our behalf, reliable, efficient and competent tradespeople. The MMJ team have a friendly no nonsense approach with our tenants, carefully selecting appropriate tenants by fully vetting and screening. Every six months we get a comprehensive property report, including landlord compliance with laws, the maintenance and repair issues. MMJ have given us reliable long term service for over 20 years.

I have used MMJ for the last 20 years and have been extremely please with their service. Always prompt in handling any problem that may arise. The team goes out of their way to give a first class service.

Their property management team are without fault and are 100% on top of any maintenance problems and finding me excellent tenants.

Don't return phone calls. They don’t answer office phone, only take answering machine messages and then you play phone tag. Seems all too hard to become a tenant, they too busy or self-important to return your calls.good luck if you’re a landlord.they tell you to apply online before inspection but system requires an inspection code to submit.ummm.have not been offered the chance to inspect yet.so dont have code to submit application.cart, horse, horse, cart.they have not figured it out yet.

I had great service and got the type of rental
property I was looking for. Ben Spiteri was exceptionally professional in the rental.
I am pleased with the staff and overall friendliness of the front desk staff and phone manner. Great Australian values.

8 Doris ave. Greg just lost you thousands of dollars. Anyone that is looking to sell with this guy. Don’t! A call back or just answering his phone is just too hard for this guy. Judging by his arrogance and incompetence, he is clearly over his job. Would not trust him selling the most important family asset.
