It’s a blessing to be part of Mita family. I have been attending Mitaji’s sessions for more than an year. It’s a turning point in my life. His teachings regarding balancing the mind body and energy has inspired me to start my inner journey. His talks motivated me do my daily Sadhana (spiritual practice) and also the important of awareness or mindfulness in day to day moments. I could feel from Mitaji an unconditional service towards community. His teachings and techniques provides a balance towards body, mind and energy. Mitaji is doing an amazing service towards the wellness of people. His techniques practiced consistently could do for the wellness to society especially the life style outcomes like anxiety, depression, obesity etc. Mitaji, keep going. Gratitude from the bottom of heart.
Great place for Yoga and Meditation. One place stop to get rejuvenated physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In last couple of years I have seen my stress levels come down and clear in thinking and decision making.
It is definitely a life transformation course. After joining Mita, I have control on my anger. When my mind wanders, I’m most of the times conscious enough to know and get it back to concentrate on what I’m doing at the present moment. I’m able to practice the art to ‘Let Go’. Mitaji’s every session is very much tailored to fulfill each individual’s need. Be it physical, mental, psychological or emotional. Like each machine has it’s mechanism to manage its control and function well. So is human mind which controls every being although Mitaji’s session will train you to be your in-charge and monitor& manage your own physical, mental and spiritual well being.
I feel wonderful. That was brilliant. That has definitely opened a new chapter in my life. I’m definitely coming back!

Mita Wellness is a good place to learn Yoga & Meditation techniques. Sessions are well planned and every session is different with regard to Meditation & Yoga. I’ve joined my son in the kids session last year and have realised how good it was to be part of, hence I’ve joined in Adults yoga sessions this year. Joining this group is giving me continuous motivation to maintain healthy Mind & Body. One can only experience the potential benefits through continuous practice.
Good Morning Mitaji, yesterday's session was one of the best one I had experienced with chanting and trying to keep mind in present. There were few moments where I completely forgot everything except anchoring the mind to present. I am sure lot to learn as I go forward with your sessions

The moment I entered the class the experience became a feast for my senses, mind body and soul. The vibe was welcoming and friendly. Your classes are more than stretching and exercise; You also offered yogic philosophy throughout the practice and introduced interesting breathing methods and mindful insights along the way. Nourishing for all levels in a time starved world, it's a break away and a time to rejuvenate.
