For anyone who needs to replace the battery in their car key, buy a 3V 2025 Duracell battery from Coles for $6 for 2 (you'll have 1 spare) and watch YouTube on how to replace it. Takes 1 min to replace and a lot cheaper than the $22 they quoted my Wife.

Great service. The staff Andy / Andrew is very friendly and efficient. Got a few keys cut over there. They work well and the price is reasonable.

Not honest guys i asked for a battery for my car key remote they quted me $7.95 and to get it installed $20 so i just asked for the battery they siad "sorry we dont know what kind of battery is inside a toyota key" as if they haven't done one before they just wanted to charge me $20 to do it themselves never going back there again

Walked in for a watch battery replacement, was told it takes 15 min, was done in 5. Friendly and unexpectedly quick. Definitely coming back!

I have my shoes repaired a few months ago and I forgot to pick it up. Recently I was looking for this pair of shoes at home but couldn’t find it anywhere. Then it came to my mind that I had the shoes repaired in this shop. Yeah, I got my shoes! They keep them nice and clean. They have done an excellent work! Thank you very much, Andrew!

Trying to charge me $34.95 for a shoe polish! I called Mr. Minit in Martin place and they quoted $15! When I went back to get a refund and go to Martin place the old man told me it’s because they have to be “waterproofed” too. Even though leather shoes don’t need to be “waterproofed” anyway! Never will I use them again! Be careful!

Gave two watches for the battery to be changed. The charged $24.95/watch. It was the first time for both watches to have their battery chamged.
Received both watches back with scratches. Looked they used a screwdriver. Maybe they should just stick to shoe repairs. Oh wait they have a bad review for that too. Don’t go, not worth the hassle.

I am pretty disappointed as a regular customer who cam many times regardless knowing its pretty expensive. I paid $30 to glue 2 cm of the bottom of my shoe, a week later it came off so I went back to ask them to fix it and they asked for a receipt and I didn't have one, so they didn't wanna do it.also the old guy at the back is pretty grumpy for no reason.

I found them rude.not to mention they scratched my watch when they replaced the batterie today. I always look after my watches and take care in not getting them scratched.i went there after the PROUDS sales person directed me there.want be going back there ever again.

Paid $100 for car key/remote. Lasted 2 months before the plastic broke. Took it back and they said that's just how the product/key is and they don't last long. Told me its another $100 to fix it! No refund, nothing. Probably should have flagged that their dodgy product would only last 2 months BEFORE I purchased it.

Over charged ($40) for a watch strap replace even with myself supplying the strap. Went to a jewelers and they've charged half the price and did it in 5 minutes instead of their apparent 25m. After reading the rest of their reviews I'm super glad I left without their service.

Broadway MM were extremely helpful and courteous diagnosing an issue I had with my watch. Staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. I will be back and recommend these guys.

When I went to this store to have the keyring engraved for my husband's birthday present, I received fantastic service at Mister Minit Broadway. Even though my English was limited, he tried to listen and meet my request. I just wanted to let him know how much it is appreciated. Please pass on praise and my sincerest thank you to staff member Andrew who was warm, kind and very helpful. Thanks to him, it turned out to be the best birthday ever!

Absolutely love the gentlemen working at Mister Minit. I've been here several times to get shoes resoled, have keys cut or have items engraved and I'm always blown away at the results- not to mention such friendly customer service. Definitely my go-to place and would definitely recommend!:)
