Was told it'd cost $25.95 to get a single key cut with me providing the blank and no guarantee it'd work as it wasn't their blank.

Can't tell if this is the usual price (no prices listed anywhere) or guy just saw dollar signs seeing it was a registered key set, either way I got it done for $4 elsewhere and works like a charm.

Bought a "leather" watchband from here on 8 May. By 26 June (7 weeks) it was cracked ready to break. That's $40 wasted. Avoid this place for such items.

Came to get a hole punched in my ferragamo belt. These guys did the shop quick and easy, free of charge too. Highly recommend these guys to everyone!

The keys were cut so well, opening the door is a now such a joy in my life, also I didn't know you could get keys in cool colours

Nick was amazing! I needed to have my car key battery replaced and couldn’t find anyone to help me, as the screw was badly threaded. He is the only person I found to completely fix the issue. The team were really friendly:)

On a serious note, the repair was done in a couple of days and very reasonably priced for the area.

I must say this branch is the best of Mister Mint. EFFICIENT. EFFECTIVE. ATTENTIVE. Special mention to Nick for taking the extra mile to fix a rare issue of my leather bag. Highly recommended.

Dearly wish I had read the bad reviews about battery replacements in watches at this shop before I came here. They were totally Ill-equipped to replace the battery in my water resistant watch and as a result actually made it NOT water resistant when they changed it. I would have preferred they say hey, look, we don’t have the skills to do this - instead of taking my money and basically taking away its capacity to deal with water. Watch broke within a week because I’d washed my hands with it. Instead of apologising the guy actually tried to tell me it had never been water resistant in the first place. Retail gaslighting! Would be funny if it hadn’t been such a special watch. Spend your money on quality watch repairs if you have a quality watch. Lesson learned.

Took in my beloved boots I’ve had for 9 yrs after I dusted them off and the soles were in such bad form they basically disintegrated! For $90 they replaced the soles and heels on both shoes and they look brand new! People might scoff at the price but if you invest in quality shoes they can be repaired and $90 over 9 years is pretty good cost per wear. Would definitely recommend for shoe repair! They also put another few holes in my belt while I waited, he did this without marking and by eye and they were perfectly spaced and aligned. Nick clearly has an eye for detail. Cheers

Only ever took my Armani watch to get the battery replaced at Mr Minit Broadway. Due to Covid, had to replace the battery with a family member who informed me that the last place broke my watch and used Bluetack to keep the battery in place. Not a word said and they charged me for the privilege. Never going to recommend this place or the Franchise

I have used their service for keys and shoes for many years. There is a reasons that I go back to them even now that I don't live in Glebe anymore.

Nick was very helpful and solved the problem with my watch very quickly and capably! Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with my watch battery replacement here, hassle free and everything is done on time, I walked in and told the guy I wanted my watch battery to be replaced and was told to come back in 20 minutes, when I got back the watch is up and running with the time and calendar calibrated to current. Very happy with the service overall and they also gives you a 2 years battery warranty, great plus for me.

I had a great experience at mister mint. Have been there several times for engraving, and removing links from my watch.

Had to get last minute and engraving done and Andrew was very happy to help. Was done so nicely and we'll priced. Very friendly and great customer service.

Dropped off my watch to change the front glass and renew the batteries
After 2 weeks they told me they can’t find the same type of glass not only that they also returned it with anothergr crack on the glass and told me that’s how they got it
Charger me $65 just to change batteries
Maybe not the best place for watch service better stick to keys
