Amazing Service! I requested my pet's name to be engraved on a stirling silver charm which had her ashes inside of it and they did such a GREAT JOB! They were so respectful & the calligraphy they used to write her name was just so beautiful. I was absolutely impressed by their service and professionalism. I came here to get an item engraved and the guys were friendly and did a great job with only a few minutes wait.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get exactly what I wanted on my leather belt within a few minutes and for a great price. Will definitely go back for any needs in the future.

My remote car key's not been working and asked them to make new one. Before they made a new key, they checked the old ones battery, wires etc to make sure we really need to get new one.
Now I have a brand new key and a spare key which is reprogrammed old one they did it for us free.

Friendly and very prompt service. Was able to fix my issue with my bag buckle there and then for a great price. Will continue to come back for any repairwork I need for my leathergoods.

Went in to replace my leather watch strap that had broken. Fixed quickly and for cheap. No problems here.

Cut and replaced car key done in 30 mins even went to the car to check all was working. Thanks Nick

We bought a flask and got it engraved. The man who did the engraving was very friendly and helpful. He finished the work fast.

Awesome job guys!
For couple of weeks, I lost my house key which was a sensor key, went to many places for its copy from another original key but always came disappointed as they had no machine to copy these key. It’s the case that we didn’t visit other mister minit, we went to many places.
But lastly, I gave another try and went to Mister Minit Broadway, luckily I was so happy to hear they can make copy in addition they made it for cheap price.

Appalling work and service. Brought my beloved pair of knee length boots to repair. Was upsold to resole to which I obliged for an inflated price with the expectation that decent care will be taken for the job. Upon picking up my boots, the older gentleman with a slur pulled out my boots from a small cupboard under the counter in the back corner. My boots were carelessly stuffed and squashed into a tiny low height cupboard shelf, cramped to the point that when he pulled them out, he scratched himself and started bleeding profusely. I noticed some scratches that have damaged into the leather and pointed it out to the owner (bald man). He made an attempt to remove it and explained that "there is nothing on his shop floor that could have caused such damage". And insisted I still pay full price. I came home and inspected my boots further and found 2 more fresh scratches, to which I am absolutely certain were not there before I dropped them off. Never to return and highly NOT recommended. Want to know what is terrible service for a good rip off? Mr Minute Broadway is the place to go.

These blokes are honest, friendly and hard working as the days are long. I mistaken left some money on the counter and they arranged to return it to me. Thanks guys

Came in today and received a battery change and watch band alteration within minutes and I was very impressed with the workers. Very good service
