Ive been trying to enquire about a property in Coogee and the agent doesn't respond at all. I asked them to send me a video of the property and I never got it. I asked them to send an email and made calls and left a voicemail and yet no response at all. Its been more than 4 days now.

Have been a tennant for close to 12 years in the same apartment. All requests were responded to quickly, had a great landlord. Requests to landlord around specific topics or replacement of an oven or flooring were promptly managed. Tradies got in touch as promised and were professional and responsive. Had a couple of issues with Flattie’s and lease agreements, mint helped me sort that out, across those years the property managers were all responsive and respectful. Had a great 12 year gig and was in a rolling lease neither the landlord or Mint360 gave me a sense of feeling gouged as we’re always open to negotiation and or discussion; given the Proerty age etc.however loved living where I did because of all this. Never felt like inspections were intrusive or a nit pick they were seeking to consider the current state of repair and cleanliness of the place. Even at time to end lease Sera went out if her way to personally call me and help calculate end of lease rent, and managing around Covid due to lock downs, She didn’t have to but made it easy and stress free!

These guys are top notch. Trades are on time, communication is responsive and timely, and good at relaying special requests to the landlord for approval quickly. By far the best agents I've dealt with in a very long time as a tenant.

From inspection, to speedy decision on application and move-in date, our start to renting through Mint360 was outstanding. They then proceeded to exceed their own performance by providing prompt responses and actions to all service requests. Plumbing, lights and NBN enquires were all all actioned immediately. Then, when needing to end our lease a month early, break-lease instructions were clear and fair, and details for our departure were succinct and concise. Thank you Sera and the team at Mint360 in Randwick! I was not surprised to see a Mint360 marquee set up at the Coogee nippers. This company cares about the community and shows it by Giving back and delivering professional and outstanding service to customers of their range of property offerings. Thanks again, Mint360!

The Worst real estate to deal with. Unprofessional outfit. I cannot understand why anyone would use them for their property needs. I never will again.

Hi, so this is a bit of an unfair situation that happened a few weeks ago and I think about every day and just really feel like my husband and I missed out because this agent hooked up a friend for $10 more rent a week. My husband and I were going to do a transfer of lease with a friend, we got our application in early, she gave her notice, the agent liked are application, said everything looked good and we’re just waiting for owner approval, then a few days later when we follow up, he tells us that he got another application (from who? Why? Where?). Then we had to follow up again and he told us he gave it to the other person. We found out he gave it to the person for only $10 more a week. I get it if it was significantly higher, I get that, do you, it’s business. But $10, like he couldn’t say to us offer $10 more to match? ! Nope just wasn’t ours anymore. And this was 5 weeks ago and we still haven’t found a place, we LOVED this place, you know when you walk in and just feel home. I guess some people think this might just be business, but I don’t know, it seems unfair, and I don’t how to get over loosing this apartment. I thought maybe writing this would help, if you go with this agency, just know they may not have you the clients best interest. I wonder if we could have chatted with the owner or if they knew he did this what they would have done. I’ve never left a review and my name is public on here so it's a big deal, just be aware!
