After renting privately from a friend for the past few years, my family had some troubles finding a new place to rent due to a lack of a tenant ledger since our landlord didn't keep one. The agent in charge of overseeing a place that we had our eye on was polite and helpful and was able to give us alternative documents in place of a tenant ledger. We then got our rental application approved and everything after that was smooth sailing. Will definitely look to Minto360Property again in the future.

Very terrible agent for selling properties. We tried contacting this agent multiple times to arrange inspections of 2 properties on the market. We called, left voice messages, texted them - never got back to either of us.

Marisa Fonseca the agent I was in contact with regarding a rental property was always very helpful, respectful and courteous. She answered correspondence by text or email promptly and even despite my lack of technology skills was patient and understanding. In the context of searching for a rental property in the last 2 mths and dealing with many agents (given the difficult real-estate mileau), Marisa was a rare find in her caring.

Stayed in 112 Alfred Street, San Souci. The property was amazing and we were happy to move in. However, I had asked that the bathroom lights be fixed before we moved in. They were not fixed and I had to constantly follow up with the property manager. They would constantly say that they were receiving quotes.but months had gone by and nothing was done. The property manager seemed to only read parts of my email and ignored others. The electrician that had finally come wasn't aware of the broken fan (I had emailed the property manager prior) and the other bathroom but fortunately had the stock to fix it.

The property manager accused us of damage to the walls of the second bedroom of the property that was already there before we moved in.

The agency does not have a drop box for the property keys which was frustrating come move out day and I was charged for providing the keys back late. They already had one set of keys and the agency is closed on Sundays. I was left trying to squeeze the keys under a door on a main road. I work a 9-5 but this agency doesn't seem to care.

Will never do any business with this agency in the future.

Rachel is an absolute GEM! Could not have asked for a better experience dealing with an agency and it’s all because of Rachel’s services. Would 100% recommend Mint360 and Rachel in the future and would not hesitate to work with her again!

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Maria at Mint 360. However, Rachel Asker is a bully. She pushed and pressured us as tenants and she will not hesitate to become aggressive. Our exit report was truly a stretch. She claimed the sink was too soapy, there was a white dot on the carpet the cleaner had left (soap) and she wanted funds for repair of a chip in the paint. In every email she stated was “on holiday” and she wasn’t being paid. We explained that this is not the tenant’s issue. Unfortunately, just had to move out over Christmas/new year. It is really a shame because overall Mint 360 is great however, Rachel soils the experience.

I highly recommend Rachel to anyone wanting to lease their properties. Rachel exceeded all my expectations of a property manager. I was hesitant to contact her as my property could be rented for a very short period of time. Before I received Rachel’s email, I was quite worried no one would take the job. It was such a relief. Rachel displayed a high level of work ethic and professionalism which is truly impressive. She is hardworking, experienced, prompt, knowledgeable and with great attention to details. It was such a pleasure working with her and I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Rachel. I will definitely come back to her in the future.
