Selling, Buying & Leasing my Property through Mint Property
I have dealt with Mint Property for about 10 years and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for assistance in their real estate matters.

When I first met Peter Spathis, I knew he’d be in contact to help me find the right property! When I finally became a successful purchaser at auction Peter was very quick with supplying all documents needed for finance which eased the stress of the whole process. Peter has a wealth of knowledge in the area, and I felt very comfortable phoning Peter when the time came to sell. I knew he was very active in my suburb and street and knew that Peter would be spot on with his pricing, marketing, and his database filled with qualified buyers.

Dealing with the property management team, more specifically Paul Pantuosco, has been another pleasant experience. He kept me informed of market trends, found me lovely tenants who looked after my investment like it was their own, and was always available to answer questions, attend to requests, conduct routine inspections, and issued detailed reports with photos which was awesome!

Peter handled all aspects of our purchase with incredible professionalism, courtesy, and honesty as we navigated the purchase of our first home. With his expert knowledge of the area, he was even able to provide feedback on other properties we had considered without pushing his agenda like many others do. If your intent is to deal with someone with integrity, then reach out to Peter as he was by far the best we had ever dealt with.

They are worst property agent I ever had to deal with. They always on the landlord side and try to rip you off while ending lease. I wouldn’t recommend this even to my enemies. Be aware!
