Went above and beyond for the sale of our Belfield property.

We new right from the start that we had made the right choice in Mint Property, Paul didn’t hesitate in selecting and guiding us in selecting the best marketing and sales options for our style of property and was a pleasure to work with. We had some issues with major rainfall events at the time that led to water intrusion inside. Being interstate made this very stressful for us, Paul was able to assist and work with contractors to ensure it would be repaired and re assure potential buyers that it would be repaired. Paul went well and truly above and beyond to ensure a successful sale that achieved a price that was above our expectations, despite all the issues with the water intrusion. We can not thank Paul enough for his absolute professionalism and we would highly recommend Paul and Mint Property.

One star rating is a way more than this Agency deserves. Have to be the worst Agency, when it comes to placing their advertising material in letterboxes time and time again, that clearly state NO JUNK MAIL! When is your Agency going to stop placing junk mail where it is clearly not wanted and I am not the only one that has complained about your Agency and in particular your foul mouthed language that of all people Agent Paul has resorted to using when asked to stop placing junk mail in letterboxes.
