We rented a property from this agent. Spiro Deligiannis was property manager. This person is very professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever we need any help with the property, we knew that he is ready to help. They are fair for both owners and tenants. I got full refund of my bond money. I recommend to everyone who wants to rent.

Peter sold my mother's house. She's not great at English and he was patient and accommodating with her, especially during this COVID pandemic and the constant rule changes. He always ensured her safety during the inspections and was very clear in his interactions with her and myself. I've sold/bought several houses and he's definitely in the top 3! The price was higher than my expectations and he ensured the process was smooth and as stress free as possible. I highly recommend, especially during this current pandemic when you really want to ensure someone will respect your property and give excellent advice with regards to ways to maximise the outcome without unnecessary expense.

So this is what happened. We have been looking to rent a place in Sydney and have been trying to contact the agent responsible for 3 business days. Eventually my wife gets hold of the another agent and he informs us that there is inspection, come inspect today. Left my 12 month old with someone so I could get out of the house and inspect the property. In the evening when I contact the agent to find out about the application form, they inform my wife it is leased. If the property was leased already why waste someones time especially during covid and get them out to inspect and late say it is leased. If you are looking for a rental these aren't your guys and I would honestly be suspicious of doing any business with them because of this cheap behaviour by their agents including the other agent who doesn't answer the phone for nearly 3 days, as a landlord I would be concerned whether they are going to look after my property and present quality tenants.

Angelica was a great Property Manager for us when we lived in our rented apartment. She was very responsive to emails/phone calls and organised tradies quickly when we needed them. Angelica is friendly, professional and very easy to communicate with.
