I have just finished my transformation with Mind Performance Health (MPH) and I can honestly say that it has been a very rewarding and life changing journey. I certainly could not have accomplished what I have without their ongoing support and knowledge.

Over the past 9 months, I lost 20kgs of fat and built lean muscle mass (I am less than 10% body fat now!:) I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been in my life! This is through the guidance and support of MPH! - Forever Grateful!

MPH developed a nutrition plan that was flexible and tailored to me, they also ensured that I stuck with it. In addition to this, they also designed a training plan that allowed me to build strength and muscles in the right places (for a nicer physique). Lastly and most critical, they were there for me. I was down many times during those 9 months whether I was mentally or physically drained, they were there to push me and elevate me to the next level. Thank you for being so reliable and being my rock during this journey of mine!

I highly recommend that you contact MPH and speak to them about your health and fitness goals. Whatever your goals are, they have the tools and know-how to get you there and I know you will have a fantastic experience like I did. Good Luck!

Mick is coaching me for my first physique competition. I am entering in Figure Division. From building my physique from skinny with not much muscle mass to fit muscular physique, Mick has taught me the importance of nutrition along the way. We have faced a few hurdles with my health in which Mick would endlessly research and engage in doctors all over the world for answers. We are finally on track. I stay focused with strict calorie controlled nutrition, strict training which Mick can change when needed. I check in with Mick daily as we get closer to comp date. The change in body composition is absolutely amazing. Everyone comments on my dedication, solid training sessions and physique. I couldn’t do any of this without Mick by my side. I trust him with my all.

I can honestly say that Joining MPH has definitely catapulted my goals in the right direction under the watchful guidance of Mick. Not only has it been a great learning experience, challenging and a lot of fun but at 42 years of age I feel that the best version of myself is truly around the corner. I feel great, look good and can comfortably say the best is yet to come.
Thank you Mick for your guidance and making the whole experience so far a fantastic one. I highly recommend MPH to anyone new or not who wishes to improve their understanding of their own body and physic. Take it to the next level.

I am 49 years old and I have been training with Mick @ MPH for approximately 9 weeks now, I was very nervous about starting my training program but Coach Mick is very professional, understanding and caring about my needs. I found the training and nutrition program easy to follow and my coach available when I need advice. I feel so comfortable and supported by MPH so I can reach my goals and I am a different person physically and mentally because of my decision to join MPH.
I am stronger, healthier, leaner and more toned and most of all very happy with my results and what I see in the mirror. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made, Thanks Coach-Mick

I came to MPH to fulfil a need to create a healthier lifestyle for myself.
It became apparent very quickly that the program set for you is definitely NOT set and forget.
Michael has taken the time to understand my lifestyle, the daily pressures that exist and the changes I'd like to see in myself then applied his extensive knowledge to incorporate a plan that is not only doable but most importantly sustainable as well.
The biggest thing I've learnt is that the creation of new, good and long-lasting routine habits is the key to long-term change. There are times when I could easily have missed a set task but he has managed to change my mindset to keep my eye on the prize and just get it done even when there are competing pressures for my time.
The plan he sets is under constant review as things change (family and work commitments, travel, injury etc) so you always feel like you're progressing.
One of the things I find most impressive is that Michael himself is constantly expanding his own skill set, whether through training, attending seminars or creating podcasts with leaders in their fields etc. He then applies/shares his knowledge with you to help you achieve your goals.

Highly recommend! Mick is a very dedicated and knowledgeable coach. Whilst training with Mick, I have been able to instil healthy habits and develop confidence in the gym and within myself. He keeps me accountable and through his guidance I’ve been able to achieve goals that I thought were far from reach. I’m stronger and healthier than ever!

I've been working with Mick since early October- when I started with him I was still having fortnightly chemo. Mick's approach to my condition was informed and accommodating which gave me full confidence to recommence my fitness regime. The first phase of my program took my treatment and condition into account while setting me up to start my rebuilding process. As my energy and strength started to return Mick adapted my program accordingly - I am now feeling strong again and loving seeing some tone return. I highly recommend MPH no matter what your fitness goal may be.

Coach Michael Pritchatt has changed my life! His dedication and hard work always shows through our sessions. Mick has taught me valuable skills not only in the gym but for my mental health as well. I have overcome my bad eating habits and now on the road to success with Mick by my side. I would definitely recommend him as a coach as I couldn’t have done it without him!

I came to Mind Performance Health a year ago. I was active but my nutrition was poor And I needed some guidance. Mick has been amazing. He has a wealth of experience and tailors everything to your specific needs. A very personalized approach. I have never felt healthier or stronger in my life. I highly recommend MPH. Best decision you’ll ever make.

Where do I start! When I first started with Michael I was un happy with my body and it was affecting my mental state. During my program with Michael I lost 13kgs and have never felt better! I am still on my journey and I couldn’t of asked for a more dedicated, supportive Personal trainer. I don’t only see Michael as a PT but also a friend. I HIGHLY recommend michael. I’m looking forward to the rest of my journry with Him!

Mick coached me through my first ever physique competition. Mick is an awesome coach, and without him i would not have been able to achieve my goals or surpass my self expectations. Through his guidance i was able to go home with 4 medals that night. Not only is Mick an amazing coach but as a person he's always positive and keen to help you become the best version of yourself. Mick is very knowledgeable, he has taught me many things throughout my competition prep.

Mind Performance Health helped me to do my first bikini competition where I placed top 3 at the ICN NSW State Championships, in the end of my comp prep I lost 10kgs and got the bikini look I was looking for!

Mick has done an outstanding job with my oldest boy in his chosen discipline of Motocross, identifying key areas that he need to focus on, he has quickly built a solid relationship and programme that is tailor made for him and shows a genuine interest in what he is doing, highly recommended

Mick is a really great personal trainer with allot of knowledge about all things training, nutrition, functional movement, athlete development and physique competition! He has so many clients with amazing results and you would not go wrong with his guidance
