I recently participated in a 13-week personal training program with MPH and I am thrilled with the results. My primary objective was to lose weight and improve my blood sugar levels and other blood pathology markers. Th program was tailored to my goals, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Josh my personal trainer, made me feel welcome and comfortable.and his supportive approach created a positive and motivating environment. Throughout the program he consistently ensured that I remained accountable for both my diets and workouts. As a result, I not only experienced weight loss but also noticed improvements in my overall health.

Overall, I highly recommend MPH to anyone looking to lose weight, improve their health, and achieve their fitness goals. I am satisfied with the program and the results I achieved.

Jordan is my trainer at Mind Performance Health and I’m so happy with the support and program that he has provided for me. I’m currently doing the 13 week program and I’m in week 3 and can already see results. Made a decision to become a healthier person both physically and mentally 3 months back with MPH and Jordan.

I had never been to a gym in my life or attempted to do any form of weight training. Jordan has been amazing, very knowledgeable and great coach. He motivates and pushes you to work towards your goals whilst making sure you learn the right techniques.

I would highly recommend MPH and Jordan for your health and body transformation.

MPH provides great support from the initial consultation with Michael to the training sessions with my coach Josh who has kept me motivated to achieve my goals. This program has helped me achieve my goals of losing weight, gaining muscle and improving my overall health.

Highly recommend the experience. Very professional and personal support. They were very supportive of my goals and encouraging during the process. They pushed me just enough to keep growing but not enough to burn out. My trainer Jordan was great.

Great Team of trainers and professionals. They just don't train you but do make sure that you are following the instructions. MPH is very focussed on their results unlike other facilities of the same kind

Great experience, my body is fitter and stronger. I’m doing exercises I never thought I would and it’s all thanks to my trainer Josh. Josh has continued to encourage and challenge me every week. Such a great atmosphere would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place and the amazing values they promote every day. Mind Performance Health really teaches you to understand the way your body works, while also making sure you're in the right mental place the whole time. Their fitness philosophy has really changed my relationship with my body and allowed me to care for it in a much more effective way. My trainer, Josh, has been an awesome inspiration and has allowed me to feel incredible progress, both in body and mind. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to make a real change the right way!

Ethan has been great to work with. I’ve been training for about 5 years and have never been able to do a pull up or lift heavier than my body weight. Within 6 weeks of Ethan’s training I’m doing pull up’s, deadlifting more than my body weight and feeling stronger than ever. I am also in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I never thought my back and arms could look like this. Really loving working with him and would highly recommend. He is also very attentive and always available when I have a question or need advice. When I signed up to do the Kokoda trail in April I knew I desperately needed help with my diet and fitness. From day one meeting Josh I knew I was in the right hands. His constant encouragement and drive to push me to do better at every session gives me the motivation to want to do better. Four weeks in and I have lost 5kgs, feel so much stronger and feel like a completely different person, cannot wait to see what the next 8 weeks brings.

I highly recommend Josh as a coach with MPH! He’s friendly and supportive, always encouraging me to be do the best I can to get results! He is also really approachable, so when something isn’t working for me he will make sure to adjust accordingly. From my experience with multiple personal trainers in the past, not all coaches are the same, but Josh will go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after and getting results!

This is the best place where you find a professional team to achieve you desire transformation of body.
I joined MPH in December with a chubby body, zero strength, less confidence but a hero here called Nathan Smith supported me with his extensive knowledge to change my body composition. During my journey of 13 weeks Nathan was my PT he shared all his expert knowledge, easy to follow nutrition plans, his time and efforts and did all accountability of my physical changes.

Team MPH is very supportive. Results here are guaranteed if you follow you plan and stay dedicated. I recommend Nathan, He is dedicated, good listener, focused to bring achievements in composition program.he is strict too.hahah:)

In seeking a physical change a total lifestyle transformation was received. Mentally, physically & emotionally a total change of life. Bailey you're drive, enthusiasm, optimism, passion & charisma has being instrumental in executing an extremely successful turn around. The journey isn't over yet and life will only get better as the progress continues.

My coach is a star! He’s tough, supportive and understanding. Josh treats my journey as if it was his own. He knows that I’m a beginner and he customised a program that made me fall in love with training. Every session is enjoyable and I look forward to my sessions. I tried about two other personal trainers outside MPH previously, and both threw me in the deep end and watched me sink not swim. Naturally I was hesitant to get another personal trainer but I thought I’d give it one more go— and Josh didn’t disappoint. I now know I can do whatever I set my mind to with the appropriate and suitable support and program for my case set in place, and Josh played a key role in this revelation. Thank you so very much Josh, I appreciate it.
BTW I dropped one dress size in four weeks:)

Working with Jordan from MPH over the last 6 weeks has been a great experience! Jordan brings so much motivation and knowledge into each session. His attention to detail with my nutrition has seen consistent results each week and I’m really excited to continue the journey of improving my health and fitness under his guidance.
