Having decided to commence professional training was a huge step for me. My focus has always been on my family and career with little to no time dedicated to really looking after myself. Having also sustained some physical injuries through the years, I was cautious in my approach to fitness. I initially met with Mick from MPH having done extensive research. Having been professionally evaluated by Mick I was lucky to have been assigned with Casey Dorrell as my coach and so my journey at MPH began. We have battled through recovering from COVID, floods and family and work commitments. It has not been an easy road but one I am grateful to have started. We still have more work to do but with Casey I know I’m not in this alone and I have support beyond my expectations. Casey has taught me to meal prep, understand macros and build a new relationship with food and working out. I am excited to keep going and climb the mountain together. There are times it is mentally challenging to keep going but knowing Casey has my back makes all the difference!

I have been with Mind Body Health now for about 6 weeks with Jordan as my trainer, his approach knowledge and experience has had a great affect on me and my life over a small period of time already. Jordan is focused on me hitting my goals weekly and always helps with any advice needed with nutrition or at the gym. With a constant loss weekly I am only getting closer to my goal. Mind Performance Health is one of the best decisions ive made for my health, fitness and future and would recommend them to anyone.

I started out at MPH in late March tipping the scales at 120kgs as well as having 8 x bludging discs in my back. I have just finished my first program and already lost 11kgs and gained a heap of muscle and my back has never felt better. A huge shoutout has to go Bailey & Mick for their guidance, assistance and most of all ability to absolutely smoke me in the gym. These guys are top notch professionals who I would highly recommend to anyone seeking assistance with Weight loss & Strength Training.

What can I say. Dana completely understands my personal circumstances and designed my plan to cater for me. My goal is to lose weight aswell strengthen and tone up my body into the way we’re I can look and feel great confidently.
My plans are a good mixture of working different body parts and eating the right food that are suitable for me, which really keeps me interested. Dana is always there to listen to me and change things on my plan where it seems to fit my lifestyle. The feedback are my weekly highlights. Dana always pushes me to my limits to make me the best version of myself!

I came to Mick at a stage of my life where I was struggling to whip my mental health into action. I knew if I didn't do something I was headed for a bad place physically, mentally and emotionally. Mick and Jordan came along side me and not only trained my body but believed in me as a person - ensured that whatever I did, I would not falter. Both are not only exceptional coaches, but also two men with very big hearts and a genuine belief in the best of people. I wholeheartedly endorse Mind Performance Health and can hand on my heart say that every penny is worth the investment.

Jordan shows care and consideration for his clients. He is enthusiastic and has a warm disposition which makes you feel comfortable. Jordan has been instrumental in helping my friend get the kick start she needed, supported by knowledge and a long term plan, for a new healthy version of herself after putting her family and kids first for many years. My aim is to follow in her footsteps and with Jordan's continued guidance and support I am sure it will be a successful outcome!

I would love to share some feedback about my personal trainer Nathan.

I have been working out 6 days a week for 20 years until 2019 when due to some key issues on the personal front, I completely stopped working out for 3.5 years. As I was in a better position to manage some of the challenges at hand, I decided to get back into work out but my body, strength and mind had undergone a dramatic shift by then.

Mind Performance Studio was a welcome change where the owner Michael (Mick) understood my requirements of having the right trainer for my needs as well as my the for flexibility given my life situation. He assigned Nathan to me and since the day I have trained with Nathan, not only have I felt that he understands my needs but also that he pushes me to challenge my own limits. Every session with Nathan is exciting and I feel a lot leaner, stronger, energized and look forward to working out with him.

In the last 4 weeks, we have developed a lot of mutual respect for each other and I am looking forward to continuing this association with Nathan for quite some time to come.

For those looking for personal trainers not just having knowledge but also patience and flexibility - adapting to your needs, I would strongly recommend Nathan.

I joined MPH 4 weeks ago, Jordan was appointed my online coach and l’m glad he was, Jordan made the training and meal plans simple and easy to follow, always answered any questions I’ve ask very quickly and pushes you to work as hard as you can, you only get out what you put in is so true. If you need flexibility and accountability to create the change within yourself, this is the way to go.

I joined MPH in February 2022 and started training with Jordan Graham.
Prior to this, I was going to the gym regularly and maintaining my weight and body composition however had a little hope of improving it.
I must say that I am surprised (and very happy) with the results after 12 weeks of training.
Jordan is just amazing and fantastic at motivating me. He is very knowledgeable in latest techniques and exercises to achieve the desired results which have really helped me as I was trying hard with the conventional approach and it wasn't working.
I have lost almost 7kg since I started, significantly dropping my fat %age and gaining muscle by exercising and good diet. I feel my energy levels are high and getting stronger each week.
All credit to MPH team and especially Jordan for their guidance.
I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone who looking to kick some fitness goals.

Prior to joining MPH, I was extremely unhealthy, eating fast-food twice a day, only drinking soft-drink, and completely sedentary. Since I started, my coach, Dana, has been with me through every step of the way. She’s worked with me to develop a sustainable training and nutrition plan suited to my lifestyle.

Ultimately, my decision to join MPH been life-changing. I am 9 weeks into this program and I am strongest and the fittest I have ever been in my entire life! I would highly recommend MPH for anyone looking to transform their health and lifestyle.

I have been training with Jordan for about 7 weeks now and have been loving the training and the progress we have made.
The training program has evolved as my strength and fitness has evolved and the nutrition plan is simple to follow (and easy to prepare). After 7 weeks I am approx 9kg down and excited to see where we can get to.
Would highly recommend Jordan and the team at MPH. Great people, great environment, great training!

Joined MPH January 2022, and started training with Sophie. I was on a weight plateau for a few months before joining, and I know I needed someone to push me to do more than my usual routine. Tried all the fad diets with my usual workout routine and that came out with no results.
Working with Sophie, her understanding my goal and health issues, we were able to come out with a good nutrition and workout plan for me. Just after 12weeks of being consistent with the program, changes on my physique and weight are evident.
Would highly recommended Sophie and the MPH team. They listened and would help you out to reach your goals.:)

Coach Casey -

In lockdown I achieved - 15kg loss in 15weeks. Eating more than I have ever had (with meal frequency). Great accountability, keeping me on track. MPH got me to my goal - in an fast way. Now I am sustainable my weight loss goal with confidence!

I joined MPH in January this year with the aim of achieving life style improvements that include vitality, body fat loss, strength and confidence. I have been training with Coach Bailey for the last 4 months with great attention to diet, nutrition, and rest. Bailey has been very encouraging, supporting and I would not have achieved my goals in such a short period of time without him. I have been able to drop 2 dress sizes down and at size 6 now. After having 3 children I struggled to lose weight for the last 11 years but within 13 short weeks I have seen the amazing results.

Bailey set out the nutrition, supplements and training plan which was very clear and simple. My training at home was easy to follow and very tailored. What I really love about the whole process is it’s simplicity and the dedication from Bailey. As a PT Bailey has an outstanding work ethic and highly tuned to the needs of the individual. I absolutely enjoy the studio training sessions as this is my starting point to learning the techniques. Through a lot of encouragement and support Bailey has taught me to come out of my ‘limiting beliefs’ and gain confidence. Bailey checks in weekly to make sure how the sessions, training and meal plans are working, it’s very easy to discuss alternatives when some thing is not working to your current needs. When organising training sessions he was always very flexible. As a working single parent I have a very busy schedule, he has gone the extra mile to support me with times for the sessions and organised make ups when not able to attend.

Thank you very much Bailey for your outstanding efforts. You have gone above and beyond.

Overall I speak highly and recommend MPH and coach Bailey to anyone. I personally believe the standards of MPH, work ethics should be the benchmark of any PT company. At 50 years of age, I joined MPH with Rheumatoid Arthritis, frozen shoulder, chronic gut health issues, feeling lethargic, tired, overworked and stressed. A year on my RA is in remission, no longer taking toxic medications, my joint mobility is better than ever, I am stronger, leaner and healthier. My digestion is on point and my mental clarity has improved. Coach Mick was flexible, attentive and engaged in my total well-being. Whether that be sleep, nutrition, training, stress relief or gratitude. He designs a program to suit my lifestyle. I'm not a physique competitor. I travel regularly and being a bit of a foodie I like variety, eating out and socialising. Mick encouraged this enjoyment of life and worked my lifestyle into a program that produces the results I am after - good health, improved body composition and mental well being. I look forward to every session with MPH.

I've had a great 2 year journey, so far. For my first year it was all about fat loss which was great. 20kgs down! When I got into my second year I had my eyes set on a physique compition which I'm still training hard for.
