5 hours for a car service. And they forgot to update the Ford sync 3 system from 2.2 to 3.0. Did not update the sat nav either.
For $420 lack of detail. Dropped off at 1030am, got the phone call at 420pm saying it will be another 15min. Pick the car up and they are closing. Felt a bit rushed so they could go home.

Took my Ford Ranger in for a 60000km service during my travels.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Plenty of old and new vehicles to look at in the car yard whilw waiting.

Thieves take your money for service but wont do any warrenty work unless u bought ure car from them avoid this mob at all cost

Won't let me test drive the 5L ford mustang as they don't have the 2.3L in stock, which i would like to purchase. I'll be ordering one from another ford dealer.

Wish these had negative stars. My father is from west Australia and has been traveling around on the east coast in a Ford F-250 when he noticed his automatic transmission was leaking fluid. Stopped in at a mechanic at a small town along his travels and put about a litre of fluid in so made an appointment to get it checked at blewitts ford dealers Coffs Harbour. When he got down there he was told there was NO leak but was given a quote to replace the seals anyway for around $3000 when his local mechanic quoted no more than $1500. So chose not to go with blewits considering they said it was fine and wasn’t leaking. 400kms later the seal that the mechanics said wasn’t leaking finally let go for good, letting out most of the fluids on his way back west. So thank you blewitts for all this extra expense of 2-3 weeks for it to be repaired. NOT HAPPY

The service people are fine but everytime I go there for my log book service they do something that makes me doubt the attention to detail. Eg leaving the plastic seat cover in the back of my car. I asked them to lubricate the door catches and they cover the whole door sill in silicone grease. It's not big things but a visible sign of a lack of attention to detail. Which is not optimal.
