Booked car in a month prior and discussed what i needed fixed.simple repairs no large engine problems.when i picked up my car no repairs done.i was told what i needed done but this was already discussed previously/ Now wait for parts to come in I was charged $422 for no work.what needed checking would have taken an hour at the max.

Bought a new Ford Everest in December, lousy delivery, extras missing and did not work. Got your money, their bad performance becomes your problem. Ended up in Dubbo broken down, l thought I would get further than 5000 klms

It is a pleasure to speak in High regard of this company and all staff. We have a Merc Sun liner Monaco and broke down on the M! Grafton before Xmas -everything was closed - NRMA towed us to Mike Blewitt Coffs Coast Mercedes -there was no accommodation anywhere, but we were able to make do for 7 days. Now when this garage opened Coffs Mercedes took our vehicle and allowed us to stay for 2 nights and fitted the water pump on the second day, although short staffed and with other people booked way in advance. We are sort of Gypsies so this is our home. Everyone was friendly and helpful in every way and wow what an impression - it just makes you feel so good and proud to know we live in such a great country with outstanding businesses and people like Coffs Mercedes. A great team all well dressed well presented and very professional and so caring Thank you so much Coffs Mercedes

I have had the pleasure of getting my car serviced twice by Mike Blewitt's since purchasing it new. I cannot recommend their service staff highly enough. They treat you as a valued customer, something missing in a lot of business's these days. The staff are always very obliging and extremely pleasant and courteous and go above and beyond. My car was returned washed and clean which was greatly appreciated. I would have NO hesitation in recommending them to any prospective clients. Overall, during my buying process and all follow up dealings, they have been pleasurable and nothing has been a problem for the team working there.

We had 1 door not locking so called into Mike Blewitt Ford at Coffs Harbour. The girls organised for us to come in early on Thursday morning, first cab off the rank to get checked. Turned out to be a plug had come apart which they fixed. It still took them 30 odd minutes to pull door apart and put it back again but would not charge us, unbelievably fantastic service and result for us so we could continue our holiday without leaving an unlocked car. BIG thank you to all.

I brought my brand new Ford Everest titanium and the service was amazing helped me in every way possible. Even after I drove away and a few days later I couldn’t work out how to shut the bonnet and they offered to come to me at the shop and show me how to do it (I just wasn’t pushing it down hard enough
