No issue with warranty repair. Car was ready when committed and washed/cleaned inside and out!

Poor form all round! We went to pick up our new Ford Ranger Sport, only to be told it was a XLT, they tried to tell us they had discussed the change with us, also claimed they’d sent an email tell us of the change? They were unable to give us the date which they claimed to have sent the email, neither my husband nor I had received any email, we would not have agreed to purchasing a XLT instead of a Sport. We were not offered an apology and they were reluctant to return our deposit. (they did eventually) We were lied to by the salesman, who tried to pass off the XLT to us even though we were not happy, telling us we could just pay to have leather seats put into the XLT….
We refused to take delivery of the XLT, we drove to Port Macquarie Ford and purchased a Ford Ranger Sport, the service and communication at Port Macquarie Ford was fabulous.

Just bought a new Wildtrak and couldn't be more happier with the experience and service at Mike Blewitt Ford. Ben and Vanessa were a great support team throughout the process. They were avaible to answer all my questions via email, text and call. When I picked up my ute, Ben ran through the need to know of the car. His extensive knowledge and experience was evident. Will definitely recommend purchasing a car with Mike Blewitt Ford.

Outstanding service, my car went in for a factory recall. I was dropped back home then picked up when the car was ready. To my absolute joy the car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. It was very very dirty as we have had no rain for months and washing it at home was not an option.

Extremely happy with the service I recieved from Mike Blewitt Coffs Coast while purchasing a used vehicle. I called the dealership mid morning on Saturday wishing to view and test drive a vehicle, and spoke with Jemima who could not have been more helpful. She kept me informed and updated throughout the whole purchasing process and made the experience far nicer than I had recieved from other dealerships while shopping around. Highly recommend Mike Blewitt Ford to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

Overall service was beyond my expectations. Ben, Vanessa was doing a top notch customer aervice. Got my New Gen Everest Sport earlier than what was scheduled. And on the day of picking up the unit everything went smoothly. A very big shout to Ben and the team.

Today we purchased a new ranger from Mike Blewitt Coffs Harbour we had the best experience with sales manager Connor.

We wouldn't hesitate to totally recommend Llewellyn, Stef and the team for taking such good care of us - and our car - when we broke down en route to Queensland, from Victoria - with a car full of kids, Christmas presents, and our hopes and dreams for Summer.

Even though they were very busy just before closing for the Christmas break, they took the time to check out what the problem was, and we were able to leave reassured they could have the car ready for us to collect on our return south. We felt very grateful to have broken down where we did!

Thanks again to this terrific team - the car, and our summer holiday, was fixed and back on the road - better than ever!

After shopping around for new small SUV I drove a Ford Puma, and loved it. My salesman, Mason was really good. He was professional and took his time to help me understand all the features (and there are many) of the car. When I decided to buy the car the process was seamless and I couldn’t be happier. I would certainly recommend Mason and Mike Blewitt Ford.

I’m just writing this post to warn people before dealing with Mike Blewitt Ford Coffs Harbour as their doing as little as possible to help me after i have purchased a car through Brendan on a loan

I was dealing with the car ’specialist’ Brendan Stannett and business manager Vanessa Ballard which have both blocked my number and couldn’t care less about the situation.

I’m a small business owner and decided to try expand my business buy purchasing what looked like a great second work ute which i drove 4 and a half hours to pick it up and 4 and a half hours back home back in August 2022.

So i had many problems with it such as it playing up turning off while i was stopping at the lights which ended up going away but the drive belt and alternator went as i was driving it a few weeks after. I had that fixed then for around 2-4 weeks throughout November the car had multiply issues a lot of power issues, black smoke blowing out of it, etc.

I took it into Dc Tuning around the 24th November 2022 and they said it needs an engine rebuild and had a missing egr, 2 previous mechanics told me that it had not egr as well. Not having an egr isn’t road worthy, won’t pass rego and you will get fined if a cop spots this problem apparently.

After going to Dc Tuning, i tried sorting with Brendan to get the car fixed or looked at. It was a big struggle and he tried to get a tow truck to pick the car up between the 24th November until the last week of December which the first tow truck company couldn’t take it as it didn’t have enough power to get onto the truck. I told Brendan that it won’t turn on and drive but he still tried to blame it on me for not telling him and continued to order another one which took it to Coffs Harbour and has been there since around the middle of December.

Brendan said they could possibly lend me a rental car if i drove to Coffs Harbour and back to the Central Coast which i didn’t want to do as i shouldn’t have to do that. Since then i’ve spent between 4-5k in a rental car and around 1.15k on mechanics looking and repairing this car. I’m still paying for insurance and the loan (i’ve paid around 1.5k on the loan since not having the car) and i haven’t had it since the middle of December.

The mechanic told me the last week of December they wouldn’t be able to touch it until January. I spoke to them this week and the answer was ‘we won’t be able to touch it for WEEKS’

Noone will give me answers, everyone i’ve communicated with to buy the car in the first place has blocked my number and have tried to push the blame back on me.

Please do not use this car dealership there’s plenty more around!

I'm reluctant to give anyone a bad review, but I can't help that here. They sold me a brand new Hyundai truck with a leaking transmission sump and leaking oil filter. Salesman at Coffs suggested ‘a bunch of trucks had a faulty seal’, yet no attempt to fix pre-sale. First service at alternate dealer suggested they never went over it after it was shipped and pre-sale. Are we supposed to hire a private mechanic to go over brand new sale vehicles now before the purchase? Coffs Harbour couldn’t care less for this issue as the sale had been made.

Heading into ford to buy a van, Connor contacted me and was very polite and wasn’t a salesperson, just a bloke that wanted the best for you.
I got a great deal through him and took 3 days from inspection to drive away. Ask for Connor as he will go back to the boss and get you that best price without being pushy. Thanks ford and Connor for the new van.

Great Service, Lovely People.

When we were buying the car, a lady said that there was no AdBlue but when we purchased the car it did in fact have AdBlue, we don't mind that it had AdBlue in it but maybe some more coaching on the cars would be nice.

The only down fall is that when we got our new Ford Endura Trend there was under half a tank of diesel and a little under half way of AdBlue, on the outside of the car there were marks like circular marks that weren't there when we first saw it, more km’s on the car then before, (I have always been taught to take photos on the kms before you buy in case someone has used it for a joy ride) dirty floors (mud) the steering wheel was really sticky.

The Car Servicing side of Mike Blewitt needs to have a serious talking too, the service they give you is absolutely horrible, they say one thing and then say another thing eg, when we got our car serviced for the very first time we hired a car to get us back to work, well apparently there was no hire car available when a lady on the phone said she had booked us one, we had to take half the day of work because there was no car available.we waited until our car had finished, basically got thrown the keys and said ' You can go now'. I did ask to talk to the Manager about her behaviour but Manager was out to lunch. No phone call. Seriously. How rude. Cost us a fortune for a regular service $900.00 WoW!

But other then that we love our car and thankyou for your service in the car yards.
