Gerard came to our (new) terrace as I advised I had seen the odd spider around, and being scared of spiders I thought an overall "spray" was in order. When Gerard arrived there were no spiders to be seen, which is standard as I have only seen a handful. Gerard advised for any treatment for spiders to be effective he needs to spray the spider and the web. With no obligations he was totally happy to walk away from the job. This type of service doesn't exist anymore, I just want to thank Gerard for his honesty and not wasting my money for a service that wasn't required. All the best and thanks again.
