I called Gerard on Saturday morning and he arrived on Saturday afternoon. Inspected the house and roof and confirmed my fears that we had a rat problem. He explained why they might be there, what he was doing and what would happen next. He also warranties his work for 12 months.
Very happy customers and am glad i no longer have a rat problem!

Garrard phoned ahead on the day I'd booked, arrived on time, very pleasant and shared information readily - while the 2 companies I'd tried previously left me with little confidence and I would not use them again, I have no hesitation using Micropest again and have already diarised to call in 11 month's time. Why 11 months? Because others share my confidence and I know I'll have to book ahead and wait my turn. There's no better recommendation than that, is there?
