My home got a pretty bad ant problem. Tried using the ant bait bought from Bunnings but didn’t work. Out of desperation I called Gerard late afternoon on a Sunday to book a treatment.
Out of my expectation, he picked up the call. Late afternoon. On a Sunday. He didn’t book in a treatment. Instead he plainly said “spray won’t work. I’ve got a bait gel that works for my clients for the past 20 years. You can come and pick up now, I’ll wait for you” again, on a Sunday late afternoon. I drove there, got the gel, had a friendly chat with him, and applied the bait for a few days as Gerard instructed me to do.worked great, and saved me time and potentially hundreds of bucks for a treatment that might not work as well. Thank you Gerard!

Gerrard came to our place for the second time today to do a pest control and termite inspection. He was on time, professional and has a great sense of humour. Happy to recommend and will be booking him again.

Heard what I thought was a rat in the ceiling. Called Gerard over. He checked the roof cavity and scoped the ceiling with an infrared camera. Couldn't see any signs and did not charge me for the visit! If I see its face again (the rat, not Gerard
), I will give him a call right away.

Gerard came on the same day I noticed insect damage at the property with an active black ant infestation. Someone else quoted me $6,500 for termite treatment and repellant, but Gerard explained that the damage was likely from a historical infestation that has been treated and that no termite repellant would be effective given the rocky ground in my area. He thoroughly inspected my home and reassured me that pest services were not needed at this time. And he didn't charge me a cent! I will be getting him back for regular inspections to ensure any new termite infestations are treated early. Fantastic service.
