Great service, I think Michael hill have the best jewellery of the major chain stores in Australia.
Was enjoying selecting ring and getting the right size and one rude old woman show up and told me "how much u want to spend? Have u tried other jeweler? The $1000 ring we can resize for u but not those cheap ones"
Really need to learn customer service or put up a sign in front of your shop "less than $1000 spending will not be serve. Rich people only please"
Worst place ever. Staff are rude. Yet they all talk talk and talk and don't make an effort to help with the service. They are a waste of time going to. Dont waste you're time
