We had only a month to rent out the place as our family was moving overseas for a year. Our apartment is fully furnished and is located in Meriton Spectrum building (Mascot). After doing lots of research, we decided to go with MGM Martin Mascot and our agent was Ms Emine. We knew it would be a challenging task to find a tenant with a furnished apartment, however, Emine reassured us that they had it under control. Since our furniture were of high quality, we wanted to find a clean and reliable tenant who could take care of a place. To our amazement, within less than 3 weeks, Emine and her team were able to sign the lease with a perfect tenant, who was high-income earner and has a good reputation with previous landlords.
