If you're working with MGM Martin, ask for Chong (Eddy) Zhang. Though the whole team there are great that we have had contact with, Eddy is the best Property Manager I have ever had or even heard of. Fast, fair, quick to solve any issue - he is incredible and I cannot recommend him enough. Ask for him and you'll be glad you did as all the pains around finding a home will just disappear.

Highly recommend Stephanie di Blasio as a Property Manager. She is very proactive and has a high level of customer service skills. It is a pleasure to deal with her. She responds very quickly to any request and gets things sorted.
