Straight up, best agent to deal with in Alexandria. David, sold us our apartment in June 2017.nd he was honest and stright-up with us during that transaction. So when we need to sell we approaced David and his team. Excellent job, but the whole team lead by David. Was very honest with us making sure we meet the market to achiev a sale. Kept us well informed during the whole process and achivesd a really good result. Would whole heartedly recommend David to anyone selling!

Professional and always helpful. MGM have been a great choice to manage my property, both the previous agent and the current agent Boris have been very helpful when leasing my unit out and communicating with me. I know that my property is managed by an agency that will keep me informed and make it easy as possible for me when looking for a new tenant.

Peter was extremely approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about all questions related to the property. I am a former tenant of a property managed by MGM Martin. My experience with MGM Martin staff has been extremely mixed. Jonathan Arvis the leasing executive was always professional, quick to reply and personable. I couldn't recommend him enough however his hard work is undermined and tarnished by the behaviour and actions of his colleague, Victor Rong. I have never had such poor service from a property manager. Victor was generally rude, short, unprofessional, difficult to get a reply out of unless it benefited him and dismissive of any issues that I had. I put up with it until I was informed that a 200 dollar a week rent increase (31% and advertised at a 46% increase) would come into effect. I asked if a lower price could be agreed upon and was told no, interest rates have affected the landlord and because of my employment it was no issue for me to pay this new price. In reply to this I informed Victor I would be moving out and he was rather rude for making such comments and assumptions about people's financial capacity. Victor made his best attempt to gouge my bond (which after reading other reviews seems rather common). I paid for professional cleaning and got a receipt from the company; however, Victor informed me I needed to pay an additional $550 to fix up a few minor places with dust present. Obviously, I objected to this and called being told that it would be claimed, and I needed to go to NCAT. I pursued the issue by contacting the manager Carlo however after one phone call with him I never heard from him again and continued dealing with Victor which was unpleasant as always.
My score may not represent everyone in the company as I know there are great employees like Jonathan however due my experience and dealings with Victor, I feel this score is required. My recommendation to anyone looking to rent with MGM Martin is to find out who the property manager is and decide from there. As seen in other reviews I am certainly not the first to have issues with Victor and undoubtedly won't be the last as his attitude and unprofessionalism is consistent. If Victor Rong is your future property manager save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else.

We are happy and satisfied with the management services of MGM Martin since they took over from Savelle Property, the developer of 8 Bourke Street.
Our current property manager Emine Dombayci manages our property well. We as landlords rely on her sound advise, feed backs and recommendations which she has sincerely given us, whenever required.

As a tenant of MGM Martin I was spoken to like a second rate citizen. Money was withheld from my bond for steam cleaning even though I provided a receipt. When I phoned to discuss the matter I was told to 'go away' and apply to NCAT.
I am appalled by the abuse of power. The agent is taking advantage of the unaffordable rental market.

Asher Roberts and Barbora Topinkova have done an excellent job managing our properties. They are very proactive and are always thinking two steps ahead! When problems have arisen, they have dealt with them very quickly and effectively.

Asher is a good communicator, problem solver, he reminds me everything and importantly lease my property in first open day, very happy to work with him so far.
