Let me begin by saying that Asher is a GOAT. (Greastest Of All Time.for those unfamiliar).
Responsive and proactive are part of his makeup. Just an honest lad with a good heart that knows his stuff. Hopefully our landlord let's us stay because we would hate to have to deal with any other Property Manager other than the GOAT. Keep up the professional work Asher. You MC!

We have been with MGM Martin for a year and a half now and Asher Roberts is easily the best property manager I have ever come across. He is extremely professional, polite and friendly and continues to go above and beyond for us. Asher was actually one of the key reasons we extended our lease on the property. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Highly recommended my rental manager Ash Roberts. He has great knowledge in rental market and so responsive - even return emails at 10pm!
He is the one if you want an agent dedicated to you and fair to the tenant.

Just want to say a massive THANK YOU to the team at MGM Martin, especially Asher! From the time we started renting to the end of our lease he has been so prompt, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The whole team has been. Such a far cry from previous agencies we've had in Sydney.
It's a shame you don't have carriage over properties where we're next moving, hopefully you can expand.

The MGM Martin team have given me an amazing experience from when I first started renting to when I vacated the property as a tenant. I can't express how much gratitude and peace of mind that I have when it comes to quick replies to enquiries and issues. My property manager Victor Rong is friendly, professional and always replies me emails in a timely manner. He is also very warmhearted and has provided me with many helps under COVID-19 circumstance. Have had very good communication with him and I am glad that he is my property manager. I commenced a tenancy which is has been managed by MGM Martin, more recently, by Property manager Ahmad Darwich.
When I commenced my tenancy, the rent agreed upon was lower than market as the property had been vacant for an extended period of time, and this therefore met my budget.

The tenancy was signed for a 6 month period. Right from the beginning however, my experience was poor. The agreement was commenced on 4 January 2021 when the offices were closed, and I was only able to pick up the keys and move on 6 January 2021.
Recently, I was also made aware that the Bond had not been collected by MGM Martin, and I was blamed for this error.

My concerns of late however are the most unprofessional, unempathetic, impolite, and I would consider to be bullying and a disregard of the current COVID climate.

I was issued an email by Ahmad Darwich advising of a proposed rent increase of $20. I attempted to negotiate this amount, and when I did this, I was responded to in a dismissive manner and advised that if I did not agree with the increase, to take the email as notice to leave the premises. When I expressed my concern regarding looking for a new home whilst in lockdown due to COVID 19, Ahmad was very short with me and hung up on me mid conversation.
I requested to speak to his manager Carlos in relation to him hanging up on me; Carlos denied that this occurred.

Carlos and Ahmad then issued me with a termination notice, requesting that I find a new home in 30 days, with no consideration of the fact that NSW is in a hard lockdown.

Of note is the fact that I have actually offered to pay the $20 increase, which has been declined.

I have always paid my rent on time and do not believe that I deserve to be treated with such contempt.

I have since lodged an NCAT dispute and I am fortunate that NSW has these measures in place to protect tenants from such misconduct and abuse of the system.

I am writing this review to inform of my experience and to highlight my experience with this company. Tenants should not be treated in such a way.
I own a unit which is being tenanted and would never treat my tenant with such lack of consideration, as good tenants are hard to come by.

This is the fourth year I am a client of MGM Martin. Because of the hard time with extremely high cost of my property, I have to close my contract with Martin, but I do appreciate what they have done for my property, especially after the Manager Bianca and Eddy come. I can feel they are deal with issues fairly and professionally. Eddy has checked with client in advance when he need to take actions. It seems easy but to be honest, most of people cannot achieve it with various excuses. I do appreciate that MSM Martin's property management and would like to recommend to my friends and family.
