I was fortunate for the sale of my Hordern Tower apartment for two reasons: timing and picking the right person for the job. I sold just before COVID this year. Even then, I managed to achieve a fantastic price for my apartment, thanks to Joseph and his team! They did something exceptional in my case. The final buyer didn't come from the market (otherwise, I would not have achieved the price I would have). He came from Joseph's database!

My journey through the purchase of a property was made much easier because of Metro and my contacts there who are Nav and Joseph. Nav was fantastic in firstly showing the place and explaining the property very well. He is upfront and truthful which made a very big difference in securing the property, there were tricky points throughout the buying process which he gave great communication and support.

I also delt with Joseph who up till the final hour of cooling off period also with Nav worked with the Vendor and myself; both Nav and Joseph were always available and aren't just trying to get a quick sale but rather building Their reputation and Metro's
