I have been renting with metro now since August 2022 and they’ve been so easy to deal with. I’ve always had good relationships with my real estates and have formed close bonds, now Metro included. Since dealing with Agatha SEO & Vincent Deng especially, every enquiry or issue I’ve had they have managed it within an hour or so of me emailing and it just makes our experience as tenants so much easier, especially when we are sometimes too busy to deal with things right away ourselves. We love our home, we love our real estate and highly recommend Metro Realty for anyone who are looking for a good real estate with a great team who accomodate for their tenants

Had the worst experience in dealing with the agents.

The agent didn't respond to emails properly. No proper communication from their end for the emails sent asking for confirmations regarding my end of lease. They didn’t inspect the property during my two years of stay, instead they asked me to take photos of the property as part of inspection and ask to note down the issues in the property and didnt care about the issues in the property even after I told them about these issues. When the rents were increased, I asked to fix the issues, for which they partially got them fixed by the handyman, which was more of quick fix not a professional fix.

Vincent is very helpful and very kind in answering questions through phone calls and also being very professional in solving issues. MetroRealty team is a very trustable agent in managing the property from tenant's side.

Great advice and support. Joseph had kept in contact with us on a regular basis even before the property was on the market. He did this by oferring a complementary annual estimation on our apartment. This service was really appreciated as when we did decide to sell we knew who to approach. Once we approached Joseph about the sale he introduced us to his colleague Cinitia who over saw the viewings and negotiations with potential buyers. The advice we received about how best to present the apartment and campaign approach was proactive and sound. Having achieved a sale we couldn't be more pleased with both the outcome and service received.

Had a really great experience as first time renters in Sydney with Metro Realty. Daniela Dimeska was an excellent property manager, she provided great professional and friendly communication throughout our lease and is a great asset to the company! This is so bad agent I never met before! I rent a room more than year ago and When I move out they charge me for the damage laundry door actually they lost my condition form and they said they didn’t received it! I will keep update how this case going! ! ! ! ! ! 。 Finally I found email that confirmed I did give the condition report to this agent when I move in. They shut up!

Real estate intentionally mislead and lie! They always claim they have lost damage reports and then chase tenant for damages! Beware this agency!

Tyler Mogan assisted me with my apartment inquiry, he was outstanding in terms of follow-ups and keeping me informed. I was amazed by his hospitality and work dedication. Nothing was a hassle for him and he's always there to answer any questions I have. MetroRealty is very fortunate to have him as part of their team. Well done.

A Professional real estate
Im the property owner with Joseph since their business started i think. I like their payment system that can deposit weekly rent to me instead of fortnight (ease cash flow). Now i sold my unit still using their service, i asked him to discount for my loyalty but he said low commission won't guarantee a good sale price and better off with most qualified and professional real estate. I think he is right at the end. They will provide detailed weekly reports on progress, his team Cintia brought in building manager to inspect the property whether these repairs should belonged to the strata management and not the owner, very happy as they had tried to fight for my rights.
However, one thing my tenant moved out and property already settled but i still haven't be updated about the BOND issue.
